Our air conditioner decided to go out on us at the peak of the heat wave a few weeks ago. We called Coast Air & Heating Repair heating and air. They sent team to service the air conditioner. Staff was great. He was able to get our 18 year plus air conditioner working again. My husband and I had been talking about getting a new HVAC system knowing that our system was beyond its lifespan. We set up another appointment with staff to get an estimate for the new HVAC. We appreciate the time he took to show us all of our options that would fit within our budget.Once we settled on a hvac system we wanted, he set up our appointment. They could have done the install a few days after but we couldn't due to our schedule. It was done a week later. On day of install, team showed up right on time at 8 am like they said they would. My husband says they were great and worked hard all day to finish the install in a day. Thank you so much Coast Air & Heating Repair. We are very happy with the experience with this company. I recently worked with this Coast Air & Heating Repair to replace my air conditioner and heater units. Two staffs came first. They explained all the options in great detail and were very nice to work with. The installers were other team. they also did a great job, walked me through the work when they were done , left the work area clean, and were also very pleasant to work with. We had our whole house duct system replaced. After the work was performed, the system did not operate well. Upon notifying Coast Air & Heating Repair, they immediately sent one of their technicians to check the system and he returned early the nest day to correct the deficiency and was most apologetic and friendly. Our air conditioner wasn't turning on, so we called Coast Air & Heating Repair, and we're so glad we did! Staff came out the next day, and he was so great to work with. He asked us some questions to figure out what problem we were having, and then looked into it. After finding and fixing the problem, Coast Air & Heating Repair staff explained what he did and what it would cost. He was so professional and easy to work with -- highly recommend

This is our second review for this Coast Air & Heating Repair. Around the beginning of Summer 2020 we had them replace our furnace and AC and they did an excellent job like that time.
When i hired Coast Air & Heating Repair, the same day team came out to install the new ducts. They arrived around 8:30 am and were here until 5:30 pm. They did a great job as before and were even able to set up in the Family Room to deliver more air flow as it is a struggle in the Summer to keep that room comfortable as the entire rear wall is all windows. And they wore masks and gloves the entire time they were here. We highly recommend Coast Air & Heating Repair.
