Wonderful company. Gary has been a valuable plumber throughout the years with me. He has done my plumbing from the from start to finish in our casita. He installed a tankless water heater for me and has been available for emergencies as well.
Our hot water was leaking and we called And they came right out. The service was excellent. They replaced the water heater, installed it beautifully. We couldn’t be more pleased with Rodger’s. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and AC needs!!!

Gary is the first call I make for all repairs. He has provided services for my home multiple times. He is honest, reliable, dependable, highly knowledgeable and skillful. He is absolutely trustworthy! He offers suggestions, solutions, and alternatives . Gary is so pleasant and polite. I refer him to everyone I know. His work and his work ethic are superior. Gary was not only professional, but he knows his stuff. Called him out last-minute in an excruciating heat wave and he was able to come out same day. His charges were fair and reasonable. Will definitely be using EMS Air again. Could not be happier!

This is the third time I've been a customer of EMS. Yesterday our air went out and started blowing hot. I called Gary and it was 4:56 pm on a Friday, he was able to squeeze our repair in this morning. We are so thankful for Gary and his professional service. Gary is on time, he is straight forward and he explains what he's doing in layman's terms.
Gary is amazing! He is very knowledgeable, and even explained the repair process to me, which I appreciated. Not only that, he was able to work my repair into his busy schedule today. We will always call Gary, for any future repair or install needs.
Honest air conditioning technician, very professional and explains the repair in an understanding way. We originally used the company with our home warranty but now he does our routine maintenance and inspection on our air conditioning system. He not pushy for unnecessary repairs.
Gary is professional and personable. Honest, knowledgeable and walked me through his recommendations so I could make an informed decision. The low voltage short of my furnace had me stumped but Gary figured it out. I highly recommend him, gave him a 4 star because no one is perfect but he is close!

Gary from EMS installed/ connected our new Air conditioning unit. He was very professional, honest, methodical in his work. He gave us a reasonable price and came out on a Saturday within an hour of speaking to him. Unbelievable- We were extremely fortunate to have found him. Gary is an expert with HVAC and plumbing. Our A/C broke and this company was available to come same day and got it up and running again within an hour! Such a relief for us - we are very thankful! Will use them again in the future if needed.
Called EMS after hours, around 7 PM, for a dryer gas line issue and they offered advice over the phone and looked over some pictures of the leaking fixture. Was super helpful, friendly, and offered to come out and take a look in person. With their advice I was able to fix the leak myself free of charge. Awesome service.
