Our ac had a leak and Mike helped me through the whole process of getting a new unit and also helped us out by checking if it was under warranty. Mike and his partner were totally reliable and will definitely be using them in the future with any problems.
RIZZO is a LONG TIME local family business. They go the EXTRA mile to answer all questions and FIX THE PROBLEM. We just had to replace our 21 year old AC/HEATING unit. They were punctual, professional, made sure they took extra precautions to keep ALL areas clean and protected. The owner, Mike, showed up with his fantastic crew to do the install. Their WARRANTY beats all the other companies giving 3 YEARS FREE LABOR while others offered 1 year. Of course, 10 year warranty on parts. This included ALL NEW SEALED VENTS (which that alone was a huge difference and new WiFi Honeywell thermostat. They only took a half of day. I LOVE our new system. It’s energy efficient and we will see much lower electric bills this summer. I can’t say enough about them. The repairs they do are always lower than we expected and honest. Rizzo Heating & A/C should definitely be your first call for any heating & a/c issues! We had called Nexgen initially which was a huge mistake since our initial problem was that our new thermostat was not working when we switched it to the heat. It worked perfectly when the a/c was on but not heat. We called Nexgen and they told us we needed the whole unit replaced for $8,500. Basically trying to wipe out my in-laws savings account. I called Rizzo Heating & A/C because I wanted a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. They figured out that the thermostat had a wire connected that wasn’t needed for the new thermostat installed. Once it was disconnected we instantly heard the heat kick on. Total cost $75 CALL Rizzo Heating & A/C first! They do a great job and not only that, but are a honest company. It was such a great relief to have everything fixed without breaking the bank especially when it was never necessary in the first place. I am very grateful that I found them when I did.
These gentlemen were absolutely the most professional group I have worked with.. Gentleman came out reviewed and instantly showed me that a previous installer screwed up. Rizzo‘s tech promptly fixed issues within minutes. In my opinion if you need to go to any HVAC repair choose Rizzo’s
Amazing company!! If you need your AC/heater repaired this is the company you want to call!!! My heater was working intermittently and we were freezing. I reached out to Rizzo since he was highly recommended on Facebook. He came out figured out the issue fast, the part wasn’t coming in until few days since it was thanksgiving week. He fixed it so that I had a working heater until the part arrived, which I thought was so kind of him because my kids were so cold. As soon as the part arrived I got a call they can come, he came replaced it so quickly. So happy with this company and their customer service is amazing. Thank you and I will recommend to all my friends and family!!

We called Rizzo due to a referral to repair our A/C. They were very fast in responding to our inquiry and arrived the very next day. We obtained service from Alex. He took his time explaining the problem and provided us with a quote. We decided to move forward due to their great customer service and reliability. I believe the A/C works better than before with the repairs made by Alex.
Amazing service! Called that day and they came out within a few hours. I was amazed how he knew exactly what was wrong with our AC and was able to fix it right away. I would highly recommend Rizzo Heating and Air Conditioning.
I have used Rizzo for a decade. I have always been happy with their work. Their technicians always provide me with an explanation of the problem. This time they replaced my whole system, heating and A/C. It was expensive as expected but the price was fair. It is like a new house. I highly recommend them.
They did a great job! Mike the owner came right out and had bid next day. They came out replaced my air conditioner and now have cold air. They replaced the air vents and look so nice. They have been in business for so many years and I can see why. Love the crew so polite and very clean. Would Recommend to anyone wanting their air and heat done.. A+++++++
Mike Rizzo and his crew are beyond amazing! We have been in our home for 5 years and we finally installed an AC & heating unit. What a difference! It was a 2 day job and they worked nonstop installing all new vents, ducting, and so on. Both days they were on time and ready to get the work done. Mike, the owner, explained to me what they were doing every step of the way. I appreciate that he did that and educated me on the AC & heating system. The price was fair and GREAT. Very respectable employees Rizzo has. I HIGHLY recommend Rizzo's Heating & Air Conditioning. Thank you, Mike, we are extremely happy!

Rizzo Heating and Air is well respected in the Oasis community so I called them first. We were in need of some upgrades and Mike provided several options. After careful consideration, decided to do a complete replacement and upgrade and go with them. Best decision ever!!. They are responsive, efficient and do quality work. A complete new system installed in one day.

I've been using this company for a few years now....wont use anyone else. They are extremely professional and really care about their customers. Mike (the owner) will go out of his way to make sure the job is done and done correctly. Wish I could give higher than 5 stars. Can't say enough good things about this company.
Incredibly impressed with this company! They had my AC unit back up and running within two hours of me contacting them. In the middle of summer, in the desert, having a broken AC unit is not fun. I am so grateful they were able to fix it in such a timely manner! The techs were professional, kind, helpful, and efficient. Thank you all again!
Mike is THE BEST! He came out about an hour after I called. My AC wasn't working. He checked it out thoroughly and adjusted the thermostat, and got it running. He's very knowledgeable,
