Chris is great and installed a new mini split HVAC system for our family. He asked a lot of questions to make sure the system we selected was the most appropriate for our needs and budget. The system he installed is great and served our needs perfectly.
During last September’s heat wave, our 30-something year old A/C unit finally gave out. When we contacted Chris, he was really busy because many other A/C units had given out as well. But he took the time to provide not only an estimate, but THREE estimates, reflecting three different solutions for me to choose from, at varying costs. After choosing a solution, Chris ordered the equipment, delivered it, and installed it. Throughout the process, Chris has remained personable and professional.
