Both engineers were here by 9am, they worked really hard and didn’t even stop for lunch, they were both very tidy and put dust sheets down where needed, also very polite and I certainly will be recommending this company to everyone, absolutely amazing workers

We had a backup on a Sunday and called a few places. Another company quoted much emergency charge, along with another charges to clear the line. I appreciate their up-front pricing but seemed high. Second company would not quote over the phone. Third call was to Joe's Plumbing & Heating and a supervisor answered. He did not have any techs available until Monday and offered their lowest line clearing special. Thanks a lot
Staff from Joe's Plumbing & Heating arrived and was professional, friendly, and a good listener. Instead of listening . He concluded it was a secondary line and then reviewed our options. I signed off on one of them and he proceeded to get to work.
After an attempted DIY installation of a new faucet and drain, we experienced multiple leaks with the next day being Thanksgiving. We called It's Done a little before noon and we're pleasantly surprised they could send a plumber out to help with our emergency. Technician were at my house within a half an hour and informed me there were many mistakes we had made plus he informed us we needed new lines rather than the existing copper pipes because they were too large/long for the new sink plus we also needed new supply valves. He also corrected the mistake I made to get the new sink and drain to fit plus cutting off the the lower half of the new drain as it was too long to fit my plumbing. Less than one hour later they were done and everything was dry plus looked fabulous. They did a great job plus came out the day before Thanksgiving. Thanks a ton!!!
We needed two hot water heaters and called Joe's Plumbing & Heating to see when we could get them installed. They were so helpful and arranged to have them put in immediately. Both men wore masks and were very respectful of our house. They cleaned everything up afterwards and we now have two working well hot water heaters. We would recommend Joe's Plumbing & Heating to anyone who asks
Technician of Joe's Plumbing & Heating was very thorough in explaining options for purchase of new water heater and in showing me how to operate it. He was also very friendly in answering all my plumbing questions. Service was scheduled within one day of my call. Best HVAC install experience I've had as a homeowner. Definitely recommend
I have used this Joe's Plumbing & Heating twice and they are amazing!! I will never use any other plumber. The first time they came out and helped install a new drain clean out and blew our roots out of my drain line. Technician worked with me on my budget and the quality of work he provided was great! Not to mention he did this during a Seahawks Playoff game.
The second time staff at Joe's Plumbing & Heating installed 2 new shower valves for our master bathroom. He did a great job sweating the lines and the quality of work was great.
