Brandon goes waaay over 100% to deliver great service. His diagnostics went past the norm to get to the root cause of my issue. He is both technical and personable. He also takes the time to explain not only what he's examining but why. I would sincerely recommend him to anyone who needs service on their A/C or entire HVAC system.

I was very pleased with the professional customer service I received from M&B Heating and cooling and the expert installation of a new central AC unit last month. The technicians showed up on time and were very efficient and worked well together to get the job done right. I was very happy that they cleaned up everything nice for me and vacuumed. I'd definitely recommend them if you're shopping around because they really know their business and care to do the job right and their price was extremely reasonable too!
