Unfortunately it's the lowest rating for Brian plumbing they did not show up two scheduled appointments, after driving both days 30 miles to meet them for the appointment, it made the saddest excuses.
I had tree root intrusion on my main sewer line. Roman and his crew showed up on the job on time, knew exactly what needed to be done and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They are professional, friendly and after the job was done they cleaned up so well you never even knew they were there. Aaron (the owner of Brian & Sons) came the first day to introduce himself and he also explained to me the work that was going to be done. The last day he came back to make sure everything was working correctly. I got three different estimates and not only was this company reasonably priced they included the camera inspection towards the job. Most companies do not. Also hey gave me a 5 year warranty when other companies give 1. I highly recommend Brian and Son (a family owned business ) to service you with your plumbing needs. iI’s a dirty job, someone’s gotta do it.
I needed help with a sink project I got in over my head with. Roman from Brian and Son's Plumbing came to the rescue! He had me send pictures and was able to direct me how to handle the situation until he had it fixed. Very nice and very professional, I would highly recommend Brian and Son's Plumbing!
If you need a plumber DO NOT CALL Brian and Sons Plumbing in Vista. We call them this morning before 10:00 AM. They said they would be at the house around noon. At 1:40 PM when they didn't show Brenda called them. She was told the plumber got sick and couldn't make it but if this is an emergency they could come out before the end of the day for $500.00! They didn't bother to call to say they couldn't and when Brenda called again they wanted to rip us off. Let this company go out of business.
I called this business in hope they would be able to help me with my plumbing issue. Unfortunately, I was told that I would get a call back from a technician but that was not the case. So after two hour I was texted back that another technician was going to call. Well that never happened so it's obvious that I won't be using them for my plumbing needs.
Never bothered to show up for our estimate meeting. Roman chose the date and time and never arrived. Spoke with their office and they had no idea how to reach him. Very unprofessional... my $50k project will go to someone else
The water heater was leaking at my mom's rental. She used home advisor to look for someone to replace it. She contacted Brian and Sons and they were very professional and honest. They came out right away. The first water heater installed had a defective part, but Roman came out the next day and installed a new water heater. She is very pleased with their service and will continue to use them in the future.
Jeromy who was my plumber. He did excellent job for me. Gave me reasonable price and on time finish. Also cleaned up the job site. I had 4 companies bid on the job. Brian and Sons Plumbing got the job. He did it all the correct codes and safe ways. Thanks again Jeromy. Kay Chae
My call for service was handled professionally, quickly and efficiently. The plumber arrived in a timely manner and was courteous and professional throughout the repair.
Very bad experience overall, I explicitly stated that I'm filing a claim with my home insurance company for this repair, and they had no problem with it. When the invoice came through and I asked them to contact my insurance agent to go over the invoice - they completely reversed the statement and said they DO NOT DEAL with home insurance and refused to work with them at all. If you submitting a claim through your home insurance - do not hire these guys. Also, the quality of work performed was pretty bad, I had to hire another company (Sherlock plumbing, heating and air) to fix the poor quality work performed by Brian and sons. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Great company to have all your retrofit work done by them. They can do the big stuff and the small repairs if needed. Say hi to Cat!
Unfortunately we had a very poor experience with this company. We contracted them to do a plumbing repair in our rental unit on September 2, 2020. I cannot speak about the quality of their work as I wasn't present in our rental when the job was performed but I do have a lot to say about how company's management handled the payment. First, we received an original quote around $8,500, however the invoice received on September 10, 2020 was for $10,800. On that day the job wasn't even close to being completed (about half way done) but we received a call from management saying that the crew will not perform any further work until the invoice is paid in full (strange business practice, have never experienced this with any other company before) When my husband said he needs some time to review the charges and perform due diligence to ensure everything looks reasonable - the owner started raising his voice and demand payment, he also said that he would put a lien on our property for a failure to pay (reminder - the job wasn't even complete yet) We received endless calls throughout the following day with demands to pay upfront. Long story short, we ended up terminating their services half-way through and hiring another company to complete the project. Also, to give a price comparison - Home Depot charges $60 per day to rent a large humidifier, while Brian and Sons charged us $195 per day. Another strange thing is the contractor's license reflected on their website #877797 is under suspension if you look it up on State License Board, but if you look up by their business name - a completely different license number comes up... incompetent management?
Brian and Sons is one of those rarities in today's world where everyone is out to make a buck. Not so with this company. Absolutely Unbelievable Service! I was told I needed to move my gas line in order to install my new large chefs range. I Looked for a knowledgable plumber with experience in gas lines and found Brian and Sons. Here's where the story becomes truly amazing. Roman came out and carefully assessed my gas line situation and then Inspected the new range waiting to be installed. He then told me that it was fine as is and all I needed was to clean up the area around the gas line and it would work perfectly. He said it was actually situated in the perfect spot for the new range so no plumbing work was needed. I was astonished at his honesty and even asked him about another small issue I had with a hot water regulator for my master bedroom shower. He looked at it, moved a dial and presto! I now had instant hot water in my shower instead of having to wait 4 minutes for cold water to get warm. No charge for that either. I am amazed and so appreciative of the integrity and professionalism of Roman and Brian and Sons Plumbing. He is my hero and definitely my go to Plumber in the future.
Reasonable rate and done timely and professional. I would hire them again.

Very good crew, they said they will show up at 9am to start the job of replacing my collapsed sewer pipe in front yard, they arrived close to 8am instead and was finished by 11am... thank you for a good job
Professional, courteous, responsive, I was super pleased with their service. I requested a quote and got a callback within 10 seconds! 4 hrs later I had a new water heater. Highly recommended.
Roman designed and put his plans in place as soon as I approved them. He solves problems with good outcomes.
