Tomer Laski did a repair for us in our MBR shower. It is an old piece of plumbing, but he managed to get it working like new. Thank you Tomer .. and 1(800) Anytime. I’ve used this service a couple of times in the past as well.
I called them to come out after hours for a leak in a pipe and they did not have a part on their truck to fix it. They had to turn off my water and said they would be back at 8am. The guy said if he didn’t come out, they would send another guy out. It gets to be 9am and I call the company and the dispatch manager told me that they didn’t have anyone and they would have to come after hours again and charge me another after hours fee, after the guy told me he would be here first thing in the morning. The woman I I talked to said she was the dispatch manager. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and when I asked to speak to a supervisor she refused. I asked to speak to anyone else, she refused. Then told me she was putting me on the “do not service” list and hung up on me. Then when I attempted to call back hoping to get to a sane person, she kept picking up the phone and hanging it up. So now I have to find another company to come out and my water is going to be off all day. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this company. Find anyone else!!!! They will bait and switch you and try to only send after hours to charge you astronomical fees, and to have someone answering the phone like this is disgusting.
I used these folks for years taking care of my rental property plumbing and heater/AC concerns. Never an issue until today. I called the dispatch supervisor to set up a warranty for a water heater. I was told it would be a charge. this didn't seem right. So I asked questions, which spiraled out of control. The folks running the dispatch have poor customer service skills. I was told I was being aggressive, not sure if I was on sounded that way by not understanding. she said I would be put on a do not call list. needless to say I said yes, lets do that... I called another plumber company and have set up to give them my money.
Exteremly overpriced! Asking 8k for a job that I have couple 5k bids for. Shop arround!! To be more precise, all other bids had the same installation+permit. The response from these guys is more pathetic than their bid. They also try to reveal my personal data only shared with them for the sake of business. I reseve the right to sue this company for leak of private data under California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Will also contact bbb to inform them about prices asked by this company, consumers deserve better!
We used Perry Plumbing to line our drain which ran under the garage floor. Techs Josh and Issac did a great job from start to finish. Highly recommended! Tom B.
The whole process went pretty smoothly. The diagnosis was more than I expected but all my questions were answered and the technicians that did the job were very professional. I would recommend Anytime.
They have immediate availability if you need something done. Technician was on time and got my washer plumbing hooked up.
We called for an emergency back-up in our bathroom only hours before we were having company over. Thankfully, Russell showed up just in the nick of time. He fixed up the clog and was pulling out of our driveway as they were pulling in. Definitely will use Anytime Plumbing again!
Our main line backed up at 3pm on a Saturday. We called Anytyme after quickly calling a few family members for a recommendation. They were quick to respond and arrived at our house within the hour- which was really lucky! They were communicative throughout the process and fix, and were extremely reasonably priced (especially for a Saturday!). I highly recommend them in an emergency or anytime, they do excellent work. **Edited to add we’ve had Anytyme out twice more since those - once for a large job fixing our mail line and once for a small job. Both times they were efficient and did a great job for a reasonable price. I continue to recommend them to anyone I know who needs a plumber.
1 800 Anytime responded to my call promptly. My shower had a terrible leak and it was clear I was out of my league. Bryan quickly diagnosed the problem and knocked it out in no time. Bryan was professional, explained the situation clearly and concisely and did great work. Highly recommended.
Bryan was great, he was thorough and had a solution to fix the leak immediately. He explained the problem in detail and I learned a few things from him which I put to use when I got home to prevent any leak from occurring. I made a great choice with calling 1-800-Anytime Plumbing, Heat & Air.
Cesar showed up on time and was fantastic. There was a water hammer issue and he was able properly diagnose and fix the issue. He was fair and honest and professional at all times. I have been using 1-800-anytyme for over 10+ years and I would highly recommend them. Mark
Update: Got another service on 4/30/2021 to replace the sewer pipe and install a clean out. Excellent work by Bryan and Russell. We asked for service on a Sunday morning and Frank came to check out the plumbing issue a couple hours later. We were surprised how quick the were to respond! Frank clearly explained the issue and fixed it right away. Thanks for the great service!
Patrick serviced my home and did a great job. He explained the cost and fees to me before doing the work, and was able to fix the problem within 15 minutes. I would reccomend this company and will also be using them again in the future if need be!
1-800-Anytyme is a great company to use. We have needed to use them twice in the past month with excellent results They are very responsive when called for service. We had a problem with our heater and then later with our A/C unit, Robert was our service technician both times. It took him very little time to diagnose the problem accurately and fix it each time. We plan to use them without hesitancy any time in the future when we need one of their services.
We had two drains plugged at the school. The person assigned arrived on time, quickly resolved both problems and only charged us for one. Great service.
I’ve used 1-800-Anytyme for multiple things, but the latest was to install a tankless water heater. 1-800-Anytyme is incredibly responsive, professional, and courteous. They answered all my questions and came back and tweaked some things that needed to be tweaked - my house wasn’t exactly built with straightforward plumbing. I would recommend 1-800-Anytyme.
I have used 1-800-Anytyme a lot over the years. They do a great job consistently. The techs are professional and service calls are promptly scheduled. Price is fair.
Mario showed up on time and was super friendly and helpful. Just needed to have the drain line up properly with our new vanity. It was last minute and they were able to come through and get us dialed. Thanks so much Anytyme!
