They were great, no BS, no lies. We needed a new 5 ton ac/heater rooftop unit installed. Shopped around. We had quotes that were up to 41k, that included stuff we did not need. Superior Air was very reasonably priced and saved us awhole lot of money. Thank you Superior Air, Leslie, Raul, the whole crew. Was easy peasy from start to finish 11.22.22. No hassles, no haggling, no unnecessary work. We will continue to use them for our rental as well. Very professional, clean, organized, courtious, install! I am a nurse and OCD with my home being clean. They left it CLEAN and they were in the attic with duct work and added a return to the ceiling. We love our new investment and smart thermostat. It feels great and is working beyond our expectations. We can feel it blowing in every room and the unit is very quiet. I wanted a Carrier unit, that is what the old unit was and it was 40 yrs old. I am very pleased with Superior Air. They are local and install quality products with efficiency. Their work is best in craftsmanship. The crew finsished in about 8 hours. Thank you so very much. We are blessed.

YOU VALUE MONEY & NOT CUSTOMERS. My family, including a baby was left to battle triple digits at the end of this summer, while your office claimed to have contacted me. The office attendant denied me of talking to the owner, forcing me to seek service from a different company after 8yrs. Horrible !!! PS: Thanks for blocking my FB complaint from showing up to your existing & or future customers. 0 stars for this horrid experience. Reply to your response: Thanks for stating the obvious; I have my call/text log & emails to prove that NOBODY from you office contacted me. There's NO NEED TO LIE on an already bad review. IF you WELCOMED a BAD REVIEW you'd NOT REMOVE IT (like the others). Since you CANNOT, we get you LIES,1, 2, 3 go!

I had an appointment 8-11-22 with them from 2:00 to 4:00 and when there was no show I called them and they were at a business and they were falling behind they could at least being consideration and contact me telling me that we could reschedule I work seven days a week before months and my time was precious did tell them that when scheduling

Larry, Raul, Leslie, Mike, and Steve have been absolutely awesome in helping us with our situation. My wife runs a licensed daycare out of our house. We started losing AC gradually over time so we called Superior to get it checked out. So the bad news is that we have a bad evaporator coil and the worse news is that it might take a few weeks to replace it. Superior Air like almost everyone else is feeling the supply issue crunch. It would have been easy for them to say turn off your AC because you might completely break your system and wait for the part to come in. BUT THEY DID NOT! Steve came out today and with a little magic has us running until the coil comes in. Superior has always been professional that is why I chose them 5 years ago to change out one of my AC systems. There is a reason why people out of state call Larry for his expert opinion on heating and cooling.

My a/c went out in the summer during the biggest heat wave, and my husband medically needs a/c for his medical condition. The owner Larry is one of the most caring business owners I have ever dealt with. He was very caring and compassionate towards my husbands needs, and did what he could to fix it asap. He even offered to put us up in a hotel, which I declined due to the complexity of what it would have entailed with my husbands disability needs. I can't praise Larry enough for his outstanding customer service. He is an amazing person, and I don't think I can thank him enough. He was outstanding and is a top notch business owner! I highly recommend this company for your a/c needs!

I've used Superior Air for the last couple years to conduct twice annual maintenance on our HVAC system. They are always quick to respond and great to deal with. We had a system failure that was still covered under the manufacturer warranty and they were really great to work with on getting the replacement equipment sent out as quickly as possible, particularly given the challenging/slow ordering from manufacturers right now.

Customer service needs some work. Had our air serviced a few weeks ago, and then this passed week the air goes out. After talking to Leslie who needs some personality and professional skills worked on. They indicated when they were there a few weeks ago a part needed to be fixed but they never told us and charged us. Leslie was rude and never updated our contact info when it changed. So how could they have contacted us if they didn’t do their job to update info. The service men were nice and helpful, but overall in office service was poor.

Replacing a 31 year old Carrier unit with a new one was an all day job for Jose’s crew. They also installed 3 dampers in the ducting and added another return the same size as the single original one to increase the flow of air for the new 2 stage, 16 SEER unit. Steve tested the integrity of the completed duct system and charged the system with refrigerant, also replacing 3 ceiling vents with more free flowing ones. Finally, he installed the new ecobee3 lite thermostat and showed me how to program it. I’m very happy with the installation but with the mild weather we are having it’s only been tested which it passed, but not used to heat or cool the house because of need.

First off calling the shop Janette was so patient and friendly, while I got my thoughts together, she scheduled my appointment for the next day which I needed. Brandon was my technician and he was so friendly and professional and he explained everything to me. They are on time and they send you notifications when they are in route. Im glad I found this company. Customer Service is key because I did call another company first and I didn’t feel I would get good service because of the initial call. 🙏🏽 Thank u
