The store in Visalia, CA was nice, neat and clean. There was someone there to greet me as I came into the store. That saved me a lot of unnecessary time in the store.

Usually find what I need here. Prices are reasonable, staff is helpful. Mail services are useful. Also, this is the only store out of 3 that I went to that had a small ruled notebook that I could use to keep a log of my car's service history.
