I first communicated with Mid Valley Air on March 14th about new HVAC systems for a large home in Visalia. Initially they were communicative and responsive. I supplied plans, a scope of work, and discussed in detail exactly what I wanted. They priced out a Gree system which I did not want so I waited for a reprice for Mitsubishi. After a month of chasing them, I got a reprice but with a Fujitshu system. I've constantly checked in, every week or two and theyve continued to make excuses or ignore me. Its now June 16th, three months after I started this process and I still dont even have a price. If they are unwilling to either a) give a bid on a large job or b) tell a customer they aren't interested so that you can move on then I certainly would not recommend them to do any work. What if they start and dont finish, will they take 3 months to come back? What if something is wrong afterwards, will you ever get them back again?
Tony over at mid Valley air was super helpful In getting me what I needed in a super timely manner. When I first contacted him I really didn't know what I wanted to do to fix my problem, but he happily explained all my options and we came up with a plan that I was happy with and that was cost effective for me. I definitely would recommend Mid Valley Air.

Called several HVAC Techs from the area, Mid Valley Air was the only one to pick up the phone during normal working hours. Immediately felt taken care of by the staff. They scheduled a tech to visit my house in Hanford that same day. Not only did they troubleshoot my issue they were able to fix it that same day. The knowledge and expertise from Tony was above and beyond. He was able to explain and show me the problem with my unit One of the solder point completely cracked on the board. Tony quickly found a replacement and was able yo get my heater running for me and my family promptly. I could tell Tony has a passion for his work and cared about my concerns. Mid Valley was fast, professional, honest, and a great value.
The service was excellent and it was well done. Did double checked their work and made sure it was right the first time. They explained thoroughly everything they did so I new what I was paying for. Well worth the money to have a good nights rest and know I was not taken advantage off.

I hired Midvalley air when our AC broke in the middle of the summer and they were great! I would definitely recommend them to anyone, the lady at the office was very helpful, polite and answered all my questions. Their service was great!

All the employees are so helpful to explain the things I don’t understand and their price reflects that they’re honest with what they charge. They’re my go to for all my A/C needs. From the first call to the receptionist, to the wrapping up of the job. It was all a breeze!!

Let’s just say this, if you chose to go with mid valley air you won’t regret it! They did a maintenance on my ac unit and they came right on time and where giving me updates while they were fixing it! Very professional! Oh and don’t forget about the office staff!! Tamisha was awesome!!! She was so nice and quick to reply!
