They never called or attempted to contact me back. The final check with the city has not been done and cover for my tankless heater that was supposed to be installed to pass the inspection. I tried to be patient but now when i call to contact corporate they keep giving me the run around. They started off good untill they got paid then fell off. It was a 12,000 dlr repaid. Not cool at all

While I may consider Lee's for a large scale or particularly difficult project in the future, their estimate (labor and warranty) for a shower valve cartridge replacement was over $500 plus the $20 part. That's a 30 minute job after acquiring the part. Just absurd. They also recommended a number of unnecessary repairs that were not logical first steps. Disappointing

Daniel provided excellent service for us. Our thermostat seemed to not be working properly. He came out after hours and serviced our system. He took pictures of everything to show us how everything was working and fixed the issue. Would definitely recommend Daniel and the team and will be using them going forward!

Day light robbery. More than $1000 for a two hours job. And some recommendations to replace some valves because of future leaks. Go change the name of your company, so people will know that you are not in plumbing business, rather in day light robbery business.

I got a “free” plumbing inspection. Every single thing needed repair or replacement to the tune of $10’s of thousands of dollars. When I asked why this or that needed replacing when we weren’t having any problems, I was told, “it could break.” So I’m supposed to spend $20,000 because something could break in a vague distant future? Technician wanted extra money for “inspecting” under the house. The only part I can’t see for myself. Recommendation: stay away from the free inspection
