Had an appointment for Wednesday for leaky unit that needed to be tested and fixed, then filled up. Tech shows up late and without the leak tester, and reschedules for Friday. Today is Friday, and now the tech is out of freon, and should "hopefully" have some on Monday Leaving my wife and out toddlers to sit in an uncooled house in 100° heat.
This company is horrible. I've had to have them reschedule 4 times. Everytime they said they'd come out, they didn't. Never communicated anything to me either. Very bad company.
This company has been great for me. AC has gone down twice for different reasons. Each time, they came out to diagnose problems and corrected it immediately. Compressor went out and I scheduled the installation appointment. The part came in early and the repairman replaced it two days before the appointment.
STAY AWAY!!! This company is extremely unprofessional. Got referred to them through my insurance company. They wanted all money up front ($4000+) and then once they got it they became impossible to work with. Currently waiting on my FOURTH appointment with them. Supposed to show between 8am and 10am, currently 2pm and still nobody. The heat is ridiculous in the valley and they know this yet they still don’t have the decency to keep their appointments and fix issues that have been well paid for. This is ongoing for 41 days back and fourth now. I will continue to post reviews on all platforms until this company makes things right. ~Manuel Corrin~
Terrible customer service. No respect for customers schedules or appointment times. The Tech showed up 2 hours early with out notice, then told his office he would have to reschedule because no one was home when he rang the door bell. The lady in the office was rude, and basically said her hands were tied and hung up on me when I told her I would still be expecting him to return during his scheduled time.
Had some issues with my AC, they replaced it but the unit itself was faulty (not their fault, another company ordered the unit), but they have been helping me fix the issues and it is all resolved now with a completely functioning AC/Heating unit. Would recommend because they are responsive and knowledgeable
This is a horrible company. We made an appointment, took the day off work, and they cancelled the day of the appointment after I waited several hours. They rescheduled, I took another day off, and they cancelled AGAIN on the day of the appointment after I waited several hours. I lose money every time I take time off from work, so I will not be calling them again. They don’t respect people’s time or schedules.
They did amazing work on my dad's ac unit. Will use them again.
