Good customer support always having correct parts and supplies
This place is horrible! The staffs are arrogant! I don't know how they are still in business! We only needed a few items, 2 out of 3 item were bent in so many spots. He didn't even let us see the product. After we paid. He grabbed it of the shelves and handed it to us and said, have a nice day. Like always shoving us out. Horrible horrible horrible!! Don't ever shop there! The 5 stars on the review?! Ha! Its literally one of his staff that gave it a 5 star. Believe me if there was a choice of NO stars, that would of been my choice!
Arrogant staff, overpriced product and limited in stock supply. The manager, Mike even tried to re-charge me for ducting that i'd already bought and paid for at a different price. The dead animals on the wall have more personality than the accumulation of all the people who work there. Redneck ripoff!
Sales to Homeowners And Contractors!!! Just called to see if they have a part that I need "yes" they have it. Once they found out I was not a contractor was "No"we don't sale parts to Homeowners... 👌
