Johnny came out and did a fantastic job on our duct cleaning. I also had him look at our unit cause I noticed two days prior our unit sounding like a helicopter going off. Sure enough it was the compacitor! He was able to do a quick fix and got it blowing colder than before. I will highly recommend them, as they came highly recommended from many people. I will definitely be using them for any future hvac needs.
Nori came out quickly and fixed my heater the same day. The owner was very professional yet personable and answered all my questions. He showed me all the old parts he replaced and gave me a good price on all the items that needed to be replaced. I was very impressed and relieved to get such quick service. I’ll refer him again and again.

Dryer repair
We appreciated how efficient Johnny was and more importantly that he was quickly available on a Saturday morning.
1st time using Nori's Heating & Air & Appliance. Scheduled appliance repair appointment with Johnny. I was updated with scheduled text appointment messages and arrival time. Repair Tech Fiso was on time, courteous and diagnosed the issue with my dryer. Bad dryer part was ordered by Fiso and installed by Johnny the next day. Outstanding work by both Fiso and Johnny. Very nice & helpful my system gave them a lot of problems, but they handled everything very well. The technicians were very nice & professional. They were very good @ returning calls . I would definitely recommend.. I had 3 techs & I feel bad but I can only remember one of their names ( Johnny).
We had our furnace replaced from this company yesterday. We are very pleased with the work the guy's did. Very professional. It definitely shows in they're work they care. Definitely would use them if ever need to again. Johnny the owner is very hospitable and effecient. Returned any calls we made. Felt very comfortable.

Very professional
My AC system was not blowing cold air and would not reach the desired temperature to cool the inside of the house down. Nori’s sent someone out to fix the problem. Nori’s was very informative about my options and explained in detail why the system was not working properly. Now it’s blowing cold air again. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to get their AC repaired. They were reasonably priced compared to other AC companies.

They showed up. We negotiated a cash price, they started working on the lines. Then, they said they didn't have a fitting. Never came back! I called them three time and no answer. I will never use these guys again.
