Since 2005 Ive been a business owner of several restaurant. If you a restaurants owner you know stuff will break, I have tried every company in HD and nobody is more honest then US appliance. No upsell. It is what it is. Piece of mind. As a restaurant owner that music to my ear.

I have used US Appliance many many times. I work at a restaurant with air conditioners, freezers and refrigerators. They have worked on them all and I must say they come when I am desperate for a repair. Of course everything breaks on a weekend or holiday and if they are available they respond. They stand behind their work which is huge. He has even came and took care of my stuff at home. Commercial or residential, washers, dryers they do it all. Highly recommend.
SCAMMER !!! or do not know what they are doing. Called them fix my business refrigerator. They came by and tested my machine. Then they said my compressor was died. Told me it will cost me $3500 to replaced it. And they took 2 parts from my machine they said was broke. So, i call someone else for a second opinion. They said it was just a loose wire and i had to buy the 2 parts that this guy took. So, he just charge me $150 for the 2 part and $100 for labor. 1 this guys is a Scammer or 2 he do not know what he is doing. Do not let him take your parts even if he say that it is broken
Jacq was our designated service provider, and he spoke to my husband about what was going on with the freezer part to our home refrigerator. He ended up doing the same thing my husband was doing to keep the freezer defrosted so that it can cool down the refrigerator part. Paid 100$ for the same thing my husband was doing. Had to call 1 week later because it wasn't working properly. Jacq agian came out agian and said it was the heater coil. So he ordered the part. Came another week later...and said that now it was thermostat. And basically could not fix it because he couldn't find the part. Then finished with he usually works on commercial appliances. All in all. Our home refrigerator is now fixed thru another appliance company. And we basically gave Us appliance 100$ for nothing. Thanks.
Victor brought back to life two wine cabinet compressors. A real miracle worker. Victor’s skills and ingenuity saved me thousands of dollars. And he’s a nice guy.
I was able to get a same day appt and Jacq was wonderful. Very personable and knows what he is doing. Any problems with my appliances I will be calling them again. I had a company in San Diego that I kept for 30 years.
Ridiculous. These guys are great. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this is a must. The lady on the phone was nice and polite. The service guys were prompt, polite and completely helpful. They quickly addressed my issue and almost as quickly got the part and returned to install it. This was like an hour later, tops. Also great pricing. This will be my first call for any service that I need. Great experience.
I have never left a review for any business but I was so pleased with U.S.Appliance Service that I felt the need to let them know what a fantastic job they are doing. Our dryer broke down and my wife was quick to say we need a new dryer. I wanted to make sure our dryer was completely done before investing hundreds of dollars in a new one so I looked on line and called U.S.Appliance Service. Jack, the technician was at my house within a couple of hours from my initial call. He was very knowledgeable with my dryer. He disassembled it, fixed the issue, and put it back together in no time. You guys saved me hundreds of dollars in not having to buy a new dryer. Thank you for being courteous, professional, and getting the job done at an affordable price.
