We had our freezer break down on a Friday right before a 3 day weekend. We call around to about 10 other companies and no one could make it out until the following week. It’s a commercial freezer and if not fixed in time we would loose a few thousand dollars worth of product. Then we called Frigid Works and after explaining the situation Melissa nicely squeezed us into her schedule for that day. Victor showed up a couple hours later and got to work right away. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, even took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and each step that was being done for the repair. The freezer now runs problem free and colder than ever. And this is after we had 2 other companies that we previously used give up on the repair and left us hanging. We will definitely be calling Frigid Works for any future repairs.
Seriously look no further. This place is the best in the high desert, inland empire. They are reliable, experienced, friendly, professional and FAST! They had the AC in my baking/cake business back up and running in no time. And the price was actually a much lower than some other quotes I had received from some other hvac/refrigerator repair businesses.
Came over to assess our clanging dryer. Was thorough and to the point. Gave me a clear explanation of what was wrong and outlined a plan for us to follow for the repair. Very professional and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with! Would 100% recommend.
