Was attentive answered all questions worked continuously while hear
My current HVAC system was installed by TriCounty in 2016. TriCounty has performed the maintenance on the system ever since. The past few times maintenance was performed by their technician, Giovanni P. He's great in all respects. Most recently, August of 2021, an issue arose with my primary and secondary condensate drain lines. The secondary line was dripping water at the end of each cycle, but the primary line was clear (not clogged). They had to brainstorm with other technicians at TriCounty before fully diagnosing the problem. Once diagnosed, they fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I find the staff and technicians at TriCounty to be top notch. HVAC service done by Giovanni, P in 2022 and today 6/30/23, again, Excellent!
Josh R and Gio made me a lifetime customer. They did an amazing job on rewriting our smart thermostat and were extremely helpful answering my questions and being very strait forward about pricing. They not only completed the work I requested but also did a maintenance check on our AC unit. They were clear about the status of the unit and explained what to look for and left it up to us to make the decision on when to replace a part and what to look out for. After completing the work and signing off on it and making the payment we found that the heater was not kicking on and they were still outside. I approached them and let them know and they came back without hesitation and got it working in no time without any hassle or extra charge. Josh seemed like a trainer and was not only a professional but was mentoring Gio. You should do whatever you can to keep him around as he was killing it!

I have had Tri-County Air for many years now. They were the original installer for my new furnace and my air conditioner system. During these years they changed name to Valley Air and I am now glad that they went back to the original company name 'TRI-County Aire'. All services done, with different technicians was completed on time and they were all professional at their jobs. During the years I asked numerous questions on the systems and they were very knowledgable on the response given to me. I would have no problem requesting their services needed. I am on a seasonal maintenance with them and I am glad. They will catch problems before they become a problem and would let me know and then ask or suggest repair on the system. I see no problem giving them a 5 star rating so I am. Please keep up the great service provided.
Martin F. Did a fantastic job. He was efficient and courteous. He showed me pictures of problems he found and offered advice on fixing the problems.
Installed gas logs and fireplace doors. Had to custom fit the doors by creating a base to fill a gap under the doors. The work was so good that it looks like the original doors made by the manufacturer.
Martin was thorough in his inspection and answered all my concerns. He went above and beyond getting me the best value for my money.

Tri-County Aire now known as Tri-County Services is a complete and utter incompetent, disaster as an HVAC contractor. They worked on my house in 2019 and 2020 and totally took what was a very simple job and turned it into an absolute nightmare. The basic problem was the dampeners in the ductwork were starting to fail as the house was 20 years old. Alphonso there HVAC employee told me that I needed to reroute the ductwork to balance the system. After charging me $2,110.00 and then two months later charging me $2,195.00 for changing the ductwork after which the system still did not work. They then presented a proposal for over $8,000.00 to install a new furnace. There was nothing wrong with the furnace and I threw them off the job. I obtained the services of another competent HVAC contractor who corrected the broken dampeners in the system which now works just fine. Just look at all the negative comments on both Yelp and Google and you will get an idea what type of a company they are! Do yourself a huge favor and have nothing to do with them or be prepared to be totally cheated.
