Matt provided initial quote. He was friendly and the quote was reasonable. Day of job, Josue and Kevin showed up early, worked hard and quickly, cleaned up afterwards. Everyone we interacted with was great. Price was good. Would recommend

Expert, knowledgeable diagnosis of my problem and given the hard to get parts , fast response and quick repair. Parts used looks better than new ones that came with our Rheem H/AC unit. Highly recommended anyone. Friendly people too.

Their website has such a fancy scheduling system and they had flexible time slots. I was able to get someone out right away to check out our heating system. Josue was on time and very professional. He explained the service he was providing - what he had done step-by-step. I'm new to Oxnard so I'm glad I found a reliable company for system maintenance needs.

I cannot recommend Mathew and his team highly enough. He was exceptionally responsive and went out of his way to come out to fix our AC. We have a 1 month old baby and had no AC in the middle of ojai summer. Matt came to our rescue and repaired the AC in no time. He was super helpful, friendly, efficient and professional. Matt and his crew at Elite Heat and Air Conditioning are responsive, offered next-day service at no extra charge, arrived promptly, expertly diagnosed the problem with my thermostat, and provided clean service, wore face masks and shoe covers. In addition, the service is priced very reasonably, even including a 6-month follow-up at no extra charge! His helpers Josue and Gustavo are polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

We called 805 after dealing with another company that could not find the leak in our AC. Matt showed up when he said he would and ran a UV dye test which showed leaks in the coil and compressor and later, a test of the lines which he said showed a leak in one of them, as well. Matt sent us a proposal on Friday 7/23 for replacing the coil and compressor and said he would send a proposal for replacing the lines and he would start the work early the following week. By Friday of the following week when Matt kept telling us he was waiting to receive the refrigerant lines but had not sent us the proposal for that work and then not contacted us or returned calls in 2 days, we decided to go with another company. Matt then tried to say we had a binding contract and billed us $1248 for the line test. After some back and forth he did reduce that amount to $850 which I paid. I am just glad we had not paid any money up front for replacing the AC. And that we found someone else to do the work promptly and professionally.
Matt is amazing! We had reached out to a couple of other HVAC companies and they couldn't diagnose the issue with our AC Unit. I called and he was able to come the next day! He was very informative and was extremely professional and helpful. We are so happy we found Matt to help address our AC needs when the time arises. Thank you Matt!
This was the first company I contacted for an estimate to install ac in my condo based on the good reviews I read about this company. He came on a Saturday which I appreciated and I thought he gave a decent verbal estimate. He told me he would write up the estimate and send it to me that night or the next day. I never received an estimate in writing and I either left a message or sent an email without a response. So I can’t give a glowing review
My experience with Matt was wonderful! We were having trouble with our A/C not functioning. Matt showed up and was very professional and respectful! He did a thorough inspection of our A/C and explained everything very clearly. I highly recommend this company. They won’t let you down!
