I have been a very satisfied customer of California Heat Air Conditioning for many years. Most recently the team came out with short notice to relocate some ducts while our ceiling was open. As always they were prompt, clean, efficient and did great work. They have been so helpful in nursing an old system, installing new ductless system in our ADU, and performing regular maintenance. Joanna in the office is the best!

Alvin is the tech that came out to help. He was helpful knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything.
I had my AC go out in the middle of the heat wave. I called California heat Air conditioning and explained that I had a two and six-year-old at home and it was very important to get someone out to fix my unit. Johanna was so friendly and helpful she was able to squeeze me in the following day. Alvin the technician was very friendly and professional came out and quickly fixed my unit and explained what had happened. So happy and grateful with California heat and air conditioning
California Heat and Air Conditioning installed our ductless system several years ago. We were overdue for a maintenance cleaning service so they came out to ensure everything was working efficiently. They didn't try to upsell us anything or overcharge and told us everything looked great, so no need for anything additional. They are an honest, reliable company and I am so glad we found them!
My AC (which is an older unit)was blowing hot air in May. They offered me a few solutions, and I went with an extensive repair, which ended up costing me about $4500 including a motor replacement. In Early August the AC started working only about half capacity and leaking water. I checked with them and there wasn't a warranty on the repair (which I should have asked for) and they were like, yeah the AC is busted. So I paid $4500 to extend the life of my AC barely 3 months when for maybe 10-12K I could have got a brand new system. These people are nice and seem to know what they are doing but I didn't get a good deal from them. For my AC replacement I will go with another company.
After reading all the positive customer revIews, I decided to try California Heat AC for an air conditioning maintenance service and they did not disappoint. The customer service is friendly, timely, and responsive, which is a nice change after calling other companies that never called back. The pricing is extremely reasonable and fair and the service technicians punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. I appreciated the job done and the follow up from the office. Will recommend to all my friends and neighbors.

They installed a wonderful Bosch mini-split to my master bedroom. They were responsive before installation, getting me answers to all of my questions. Their installers worked long and hard, very professionally, informing me of any necessary changes. I highly recommend them.

The summer days here in the SFV were getting into the triple digits and my A/C could barely cool the house. It was uncomfortable and still costing plenty in electricity. I found California Heat Air Conditioning on Yelp. They were prompt, professional, and not pushy at all. Super friendly and knowledgeable techs who got my A/C working well again in the least painful way to my wallet. This is a good business and I will definitely use them again down-the-road. Thanks!!
Abraham is the best— honest about what we needed to get done, accurately diagnosed and fixed our central AC issue. We didn’t feel like the company was taking advantage of us like often happens in these situations. (And Diana at the office was very communicative and helpful as well!)
Joanna was extremely helpful when I called in about an issue about my AC, she quickly got Alvin dispatched. Alvin showed up promptly and with a great attitude. Thoroughly inspected my unit, got right to the problem and had my home cool again with in a few days! Highly recommend- professional, fast for this time of year and definitely fair priced. Couldn’t be more happier!

Abraham is honest, fair, conscientious, and determined to do great work. A couple of years ago, I had an issue with my A/C system and another company recommended I replace my entire system which seemed excessive. I posted a call on Nextdoor for another opinion and a number of people suggested I call Abraham at California Heat Air. He fixed my issue without replacing the system for one tenth the cost and even came back to be sure everything was running properly. His crew was respectful of my home, courteous, and clear about the work they were doing and what to expect. After years of contacting HVAC companies and holding my breath, I finally found a company for the life of my system.
Abraham and his crew did a very professional job installing a new furnace in my sister’s house. In addition, he and his crew installed wall heaters in my rental units. Very nice work.
A couple years back we had a carbon monoxide issue with our heater in our apartment. Management sent their techs and they kept insisting the heater was dirty. Carbon monoxide detector kept going off. Techs came back about 3 times. I was so frustrated, told them not to come back and advised management I would find my own company. I contacted California Heat and everyone at the company was so nice and responsive. My heater needed to be replaced. Gas company came back, tested and gave the ok. No more worries about carbon monoxide. I was reimbursed by management. Since then, I call California Heat for maintenance every year. Carbon monoxide poisoning is very serious and I am very confident and happy with California Heat.
CA Heating is simply the best company to deal with on EVERY level. From scheduling to appointment reminders, and service follow up, to the very professional and knowledgeable technicians to their very reasonable pricing, the service is above and beyond.
California Heat and Air did an excellent job. Their customer service is excellent. Anthony and Tito worked really hard. I would recommend them.
