Technician Roman arrived on time at 1pm and completed the free DWP HVAC tune up in 15 minutes. He was nice and professional. Great job and thanks again guys!

Recently, during these cold rainy days, our heater's blower motor began making horrendous noises every time the system kicked on. We contacted 3 HVAC companies. Each company came out, checked the problem and then said they would follow up with a quote. We asked them to include a replacement of our A/C system in their quotes. We had to contact 2 of the companies numerous times to ask where the quotes were. Around The Clock, Inc provided us with a quote in a timely fashion. We did not have to re-quest the quote from them, they were on top of giving us the information we needed. Ultimately, after reviewing what Around The Clock was providing us with in equipment, warranties, a new NEST thermostat and discount, we decided to use Around the Clock. Several days later, Ernie, Yonathan and David knocked on our door exactly to the minute on time. The team explained to my husband, each step of what was going to happen. They answered his questions and then proceeded to begin the work. The systems were installed, tested and the work areas cleaned up completely before we were given a tour of the systems and taught how to use our new NEST thermostat. These men took care of the work areas as if this was their own homes. The company's own inspector came out to review the work before we signed off on all the paperwork. We could not be happier with the service and service staff from Around The Clock. We will recommend them to any family or friends needing HVAC services. Thank you Ernie, Yonathan and David. Thank you Ernie, David and Yonathan. Very professional crew. I had my furnace and condenser replaced in one day. very clean work. They cleaned my attic when they where done, went far and beyond my expectations. Ernie and his crew are very knowledgeable, would highly recommend.
Very unprofessional staff. The guy showed up to give me estimations on the replacement unit. He did not even look at the unit to make sure of the required new unit. He just said he checked it on Google Maps. He just sat down at the table and gave me a big number. He provided no discount or not much information or breakdown of the cost. It seemed like he just wanted to leave as soon as he got to my house. It was a waste of time for me. He gave me an unreasonably big number, no explanations, and left as soon as he gave me the number. He didn't even give me time to digest the cost and ask questions. I'm very disappointed and will not give them my business now or in the future. He did mention that they get a lot of customers through costco. And I felt like he didn't care if he had my business or not.
My A/C went out last night worked great the night before. I called several A/C companies last night non of them called me back this morning. I called one this morning I was told to call the original Mfg of my A/C unit. So by flook I called Around the Clock after reading the reviews, spoke with Christine told her I might need freon she knew exactly what I needed. she gave me appointment time for this morning. Art arrived less than 20 minutes after my first appointment time. I explained the problem to him he checked the inside of my home and then went up on the roof to see my unit. He knew exactly what the problem was one fuse blew. I told him to replace both fuses incase the other one would become faulty in the near future and need another service call he obliged. He stated that the freon valve cover was missing a part so that was replaced. My Freon was fine. After pay my bill approximately an hour later my A/C was up and running. So far so Good. Thank you Art, Christine and Around the Clock. They are the worse I had them come for a service before the 2022 heatwave. I was charged for freon that I didn't receive when I went to use my A/C in June. I called my original A/C person and there was no Freon in ;my unit what so ever. I had to pay over $900.00 just to put Freon in my unit. I disputed the charged I had on my credit card that I paid Around the Clock and I will never use them again. They are awful.
I'd like to extend my thanks to Around the Clock, sales rep Michael Friedman and installation team Ernie, Yonathan, and David for executing a brand new system install to my home. Everyone was professional, the work thorough, and on time. If you're considering HVAC work at any capacity I recommend Around the Clock.
We had a full re-do of our central HVAC system including the duct system in the attic, that was done right before Christmas weekend. Thank you Ernie, Yonathan, and David for your excellent service! This team did a great job installing them. Some things they did that stood out to me were: - clear communication throughout the whole job. - respect for my family and my home. They took great care in laying down plastic and tarps to keep my house clean during the installation. At the end of both days they worked on our house, you couldn't even tell they were there. - Ernie had a clear understanding of how long the job will take and finish them on time. - Patience in answering all my questions and concerns. I could not have asked for a better team to work on our house. Thanks again!

My gas furnace would not start. I called 3 HVAC outfits and Around the Clock very promptly was the first to respond and schedule a diagnostic visit that morning. The tech was on time and fully experienced. He correctly diagnosed the issue with my heater and offered to repair the next day at what I feel was a reasonable cost estimate. I opted to do the repair myself. The initial diagnostic service charge was a bit higher than competitors but I wouldn't hesitate to use these folks again given responsiveness, experience and follow-through.

We used Around The Clock a few weeks ago for installation of a new HVAC Unit. Ernie, David, and Yonathan were incredible. They were on time, polite, and very respectful of our home. Finally splurged on the Costco lennox system, guys came on time, did the install in les than 6 hours. Friendly guys, helpful and effecient work. Ernie ,Yonathan, and the Ogher guys did wirk.
Kudos to your workers: Ernie, Yonathan, & David! They did a wonderful job to our HAVC. Giving cold air to our house in this time of triple digit weather is greatly appreciated.

From the moment they arrived until the job was finished, Ernie was proactive in keeping me updated with each phase of the installation. - respect for my home. David and Yonithan took great care in laying down barriers to keep my house clean during the installation. I had just cleaned the house the night before, and it was just as clean when they left! I appreciate that very much. - peace of mind. My prior unit suffered water damage due to the safety switch that was not installed properly. Naturally I was concerned over the installation of the new safety switch on the new unit. Ernie took time to demonstrate to me that the new safety switch works as intended. I could not have asked for a better team to install my new ac and furnace. They even finished 2 hours ahead of schedule! Thanks again guys!

Very old HVAC finally decided to break on us in the worst summer time. We didn’t know how hot LAs sun can be until we didn’t have cold air. We called around the clock, Michael came next day. We talked about our options, he was very charming and knowledgeable, turns out we had to get a whole new system. He called his team and made sure to get us in front of the line asap. Emergency heat weave style. Then called me the next day to tell me Ernie, Yonathan and Alex were ready to come and install the new HVAC system. Just like that! In a very short time they made it possible for us in 3 days! I would like to thank them for the awesome job they did. Very clean, professional. They explained everything to me. Ernie even helped me setting up the Nest app on my phone! I truly appreciate you guys! Life saviors.
