A pipe on an inside wall's outer connection broke. Immediately, two plumbers from Coast Heating & AC Repair arrived, and the issue was resolved. Excellent. They are as tidy and polite as they have always been. All of my inquiries received concise, unambiguous answers from them.

The staff at this company genuinely turns up and works hard! I've dealt with three other businesses, and I couldn't say the same for any of them. My AC was soon blowing cool air thanks to the technician they dispatched, who called ahead, arrived on time, and quickly replaced a broken part. Coast Heating & AC Repair is appreciated.
Repair of Coast Heating & AC To set things right, the Tujunga technician contacted me and went above and above. Raed was also let go for defrauding the business. The technician apologized profusely and accepted full responsibility for the incident. I wouldn't think twice about using them again.
One night, our AC began to malfunction, and we had no idea why. I contacted Coast Heating & AC Repair, and I quickly received a response. They were permitted to leave the same day. Prior to the technician's arrival, they supplied us information on him and informed us of his expected arrival time. He not only sent a video demonstrating what was wrong, but also showed us what was wrong and swiftly rectified it. We will CERTAINLY keep using Coast Heating & AC Repair for all future requirements.
For renovation purposes, a radiator had to be temporarily removed. Everyone at Coast Heating & AC Repair with whom I spoke was friendly, respectful, and professional. The contractor they brought out to price us and complete the repair was wonderful — he was well-informed, educated, and completely capable.

Over Labor Day Weekend, our AC quit operating on a Saturday afternoon. We've been living here for months, yet on a weekend with a holiday, this unit just chose to quit. So, when my wife phones Coast Heating & AC Repair on Saturday evening at around 5 o'clock, she anticipates hearing an answering machine. But no! The phone was answered by a sympathetic voice, much like when your mother asks you if you'd want soup when you're sick. The following morning, Coast Heating & AC Repair was able to send someone out. On our air conditioner, Joe changed the run capacitor. 25 minutes before he arrived, he made a call. He arrived on schedule, dealt with the problem swiftly, and examined our other unit just to be safe. And I've always believed that being thorough is a lost art.
I had Coast Heating & AC Repair install my new Trane HVAC system around 2 years ago and have now had them service my units a few times. Their customer service has been nothing short of outstanding. My technician today, Joe, was friendly, courteous, prompt, prepared, and knowledgeable. He even changed my air filters for me! I will continue to use Coast Heating & AC Repair for my HVAC needs and feel very confident in their reliability, knowledge, and service. It’s truly been nothing but smooth sailing since I first met with them for my initial sales consultation and I can’t speak highly enough about the company and their reps. I can’t recommend these guys enough! You won’t be disappointed.
Service was excellent. He was able to identify the problem quickly, had the parts, replaced the capacitors, checked system, ran AC and added Freon. Our AC stopped working on Saturday afternoon during Labor Day Weekend. We’ve been home for months, but this unit decided to shut down on a holiday weekend. So my wife calls Coast Heating & AC Repair around 5pm Saturday evening expecting to get an answering machine. But no! A caring voice, like when your mom asks you if you want soup when you are sick, answered the phone. Coast Heating & AC Repair was able to send someone over the next morning. Joe replaced the run capacitor on our AC unit. He called 20 minutes before he arrived. He showed up on time and quickly resolved the issue and checked our other unit for good measure. And all this time I thought thoroughness was a lost art form. In and out within 25 minutes. Thank you for the quick and professional service.

And the installation team was polite, professional and did a great job! Overall our experience has been wonderful. Having to get both my units replaced due to age of units. 1of them got to a point of the compressor fan not kicking on. I had decided to go with Coast Heating & AC Repair's, and set up install date. When I told them during scheduling about the one unit fan, they sent out a tech next morning to get it running decent until the new installs. Great guy came out, replaced capacitor, and up and running. Very responsive and professional both on phone and in person.
Coast Heating & AC Repair gave a great estimate to replace my 18 year old water heater. One technician arrived on time and accomplished a very professional install including adding an in line Blue plenum chamber to allow for heating expansion. Great job at the most cost-effective price.
