Dell and his team are top notch, they respect your property when servicing our HVAC systems. We call on them twice a year to inspect our systems and change out the filters. Maintain your system this way we never have to call them in an emergency.

They showed up when they said they would and gave me some options to choose from and explained the pros and cons of each decision... they finished in a timely manner with no mess left behind in my home. The one thing that sticks with me is when city inspectors came by to sign off on the permit for the job performed, I overheard them comment that it was a good job.. would highly recommend to anyone.

Used Dell’s several times, won’t go with any others. 1st is all of his guys are top notch knowledgeable technicians. Everyone has always been respectful and honest. His pricing is great. They don’t try to over sell. Always on time and they pick up after themselves. Not one issue.....best in town for sure!

I honestly had not experienced anything like Dells Service. They are truly a full service AC and Heating company but they go beyond and make sure you are happy and they follow up. They are timely and very easy to work with. They find ways to make it as least expensive but with high Quality and I like that very much. I would recommend these guys anytime and i use them for all properties.

Dell and his team came on a short notice and installed my Nest thermostats. I had another local team try before and they couldn't do it. Dell's team came in and installed it on the first shot and quickly. Thanks Dell! Highly Recommended!!!

Established an appointment through Home Advisor including an email from Dells with a date and time. Took the day off of work, no call, no show. Still no A/C three days later awaiting another company. Mailbox is full for calls and no answer for emails sent to Dells. Unprofessional!
This place is ABSOLUTE TRASH I called on Friday made an appointment for Tuesday and no one showed up or called so I called them and left a message to see if maybe something went wrong and still nobody bothered to return my call. If there customer service is this bad I can only imagine how bad their repair work is...
I had to wait for PG&E to check my furnace which was lit, but not turning on; I called two of the big firms in the area and could not even get a return call. I called Dell's, they worked me in the morning of their company party. My tech, Brad called when he was on the way, showed up when he said he would and cleaned basically a hairball out of my furnace which then kicked right on and is continuing without problem. And, they only charged me for a routine service call - - thanks!
