The entire company was very professional...from the initial phone call, through appointment verification and finally the service call. the on-site technician, was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Great job all around! I would recommend GM Climate Control to anyone.
I called this company around 11:30 on a Thursday when our AC unit started to act a little funny, expecting to be put on the schedule for the following week but he made it out same day! WHAT?! Most other AC companies are slow to respond and put you on the schedule for a week later unless you want to pay extra. Not GM climate the tech Hanna was kind, professional and did an amazing job. I honestly can't say enough about the service we received and I will absolutely be recommending him to EVERYONE I know but also using him in the future!
I was lucky coming across these guys. They are very professional and honest. They know what they are doing. They were on time.They found and fix the problem in about 2 hours. It is running perfectly since. I will use them again for sure if needed. They are also much more costly effective than other HVAC contractor.
First off when I called that morning they were very nice and said someone would be their in a couple hours.When the gentleman showed up he was very knowledgeable and went over the entire unit with us and explained how to clean it.Will definitely call GM climate again.

We had the pleasure to work with GM Climate last year when they replaced an old unit in our home. When we needed a new AC unit in our rental last month, there was no question on who we wanted to work with. This company is honest and reliable. Customer service has always been polite and helpful with scheduling. Ayshlee answered every question to my full satisfaction. The techs arrived on time and were extremely polite & professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. Overall, very pleased with George and his team of professionals! We will be using them again for any future cooling and heating maintenance. Highly recommended.

Well it was hotter than hot and of course the air conditioner went out. I called gm climate control and victor came out. He was on time, assessed the problem, and gave me options on what could be done to get my ac working again. I opted for a new unit and he was back in 2 hours installing it! I would definitely recommend G M Climate Control!!
My AC broke down in the afternoon of a 105 degree day. I have a two year old and a 9 month old as well as dogs and small pets. I have used a different company for the past 3 years but they were booked two weeks out and called 3 other companies that didn't have anyone available at the moment before I spoke to Victor at GM Climate Control. He was able to come out immediately to diagnose the problem and even though it was already evening on a Friday was able to go get a new unit and install it that night for me. Very friendly and professional crew. Provided me with 3 different options and explanations if I was concerned about the cost. Definitely my new AC people for any future work.
Wanted to charge me $50 for an in home estimate for an entire Central Air system replacement, and I'm local. Decided to go else where. Never heard of that?
July 24th 2015 Mr Victor Gorgy of GM Climate Control Inc has personally done excellent repair work on our old air condition unit until it was too old and falling apart. It was a unit that originally came when the house was bought some 40 years ago. We finally decided to purchase a new unit. He made several recommendations and we finally bought a new air con/heater unit that we could afford. In installing the new unit, he took time to show me how to work it efficiently and showed me how to change the filter from time to time. The fact that he took time to show me helps and we don't have to spend extra money to call someone to come in just to change the filter when the unit starts to need a new one. We needed a small washer and dryer machine in our small bungalow and it would have been inconvenient to use the shared washer and dryer several buildings away. When we told him our problem, he promptly recommended a small washer/dryer unit at a reasonable price. He not only installed the small washer-dryer machine when we were able to afford it but he creatively built a housing unit for the machine so it was all covered when not in use Victor is the kind of friendly guy that we felt comfortable asking him to come back when we really need help for parts or repairs all these years. He did such a good job that we did not hesitate to recommend him to my sister-in-law who also needed help with her air-condition unit. In fact we don't hesitate to recommend him to anyone else who needs work done at home on air condition unit or heater or even plumbing as needed in the kitchen and bathroom. The main reason we felt comfortable using his services is not only because he knew his trade. He also offers customer service "Above and Beyond" our expectations. Sincerely, El Chan

Victor Gorgy is a gentleman, and an old fashion business man that still does business the old fashioned way with integrity, honesty, and a commitment to excellence in workmanship and service. I called Victor during the 3 hottest days of summer 2 days before 4th of July when my ten year old AC unit began failing. Victor came out and diagnosed my problem correctly, after 2 other companies failed to identify the problem. Victor explained the situation to me, and gave me a quote that was lower than his competitors, and he committed to do the job the next day. I was in a desperate situation, and Victor worked with me, and delivered exactly what he committed to do in the time frame he promised. This kind of service is a thing of the past, and I really appreciate his professionalism and honesty. I give GM Climate Control 5 stars, and recommend him highly. Thank you Victor for a job well done.

Victor took care of my own home and my rental property's air conditioner and furnace units very well. He was on time and honest about the places that needed fixing. He was responsible, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done.
I have done service with Victor and GM Climate Control for several years and have always been very pleased with their outstanding service. In my home GM installed new air conditioning and heating system, new thermostat, cleaned the air ducts, ceiling fans, garbage disposals, and they have repaired and replaced leaky pipes, faucets, and toilets. They have basically replaced all essential plumbing, electrical and air conditioning items inside the house. In addition, last year, during a heat wave with temperatures in the 100s, Victor was able to replace the air conditioning system in my brother's house on a very short notice. Victor and his assistants have always been very professional, courteous and thorough and complete the job, whatever it is, the first time. Their prices are very reasonable. I enthusiastically recommend GM Climate Control to anyone. Victor and GM, thank you for a job well done.
