Very Happy with Shan at US Air Conditioning and Heating. My old system was loud (heater turned on, turn up TV; heater turned off , turn down TV; hated it) also had holes in old ducts ( losing Air and Heat into my attic, hated it). New system is quiet and space saving. Put system in attic, now have more garage space, love it. Very happy and would recommend to friends and family.

The owner is very arrogant
I scheduled an appointment for Shaun, US Airconditioning owner to come diagnose and fix my AC.. schedule time was 1-3 pm window. He never showed and never answered his phone. I kept calling to find out if he is coming or not. NEVER showed up.
I have been very happy with the work that U.S. Air has done for me. they were fast, professional and complete in all they have done.

I have used US Air for many years. Whenever I have a problem I get prompt service. Air and heat are kept up to date with regular cleaning of filters. You can feel secure you are getting an excellent job done.
I had to have damage ducts replaced and called US Air to give me a quote. I was so impressed with Shaun who gave me a very fair bid and was very professional. He and his family owned the business and I could tell that he would be the best for the job. I was totally satisfied and impressed with the job that he and his crew did. They exceeded my expectations. Thank you US Air Conditioning. I would not hesitate to call them again and give them many referrals.
I have had Shan do work for me on my own home and on my rental properties. He is always fair, professional, and does great work. It's nice to have someone that I can call anytime and know that the work will be done correctly and reasonably!
When my old unit went out I started the painful process of working my way through referrals, listening to 3 hour sales pitches and actually asking one company and their reps to leave my house I was so offended. Trust me I went through all the big names - Costco, Sears, Home Depot, Lowes and several independents in Simi as well so please believe me when I say that purely by chance, searching on Google, when I found Shan and US Air I was ecstatic. There is no BS. He listens and allows you to describe your needs rather than the usual full court press I got from the others trying to sell you what is in stock rather than what u need. Shan was amazing - he took all the usual measurements and then did something none of the others did... sat down and discussed a proposed solution for me and my A/C needs, My wife and I work from home and so we wanted the option to cool the bedrooms and office separately from the rest of the house. Shan came to us with s proposal that did just that as well as being extremely competitive on price. The install was perfect, on time and CLEAN. The guys were all great even with our yapping dogs. I couldn't be happier with the end result. Nobody other than US Air will touch my A/C! I only wish that I could give them 10 stars! Follow Up 06/10/2014 - We had a connection on the condensation run off PVC pipe come loose in the attic which caused a little bit of water to drip out in the pantry. We called Shan and he called back within the 1/2 hour. He let us know that with the air off we were fine and he would be out in the morning. True to his word he was here first thing. Fixed the problem with the pipe and offered to paint and remove any marks left by the leak. This is a true test of a company. The quality of the follow up service. We are very happy to have found US AIR and wouldn't think about using anyone else.
The owner of this company, Shaun, is amazing. I just bought an older home and received mulitple quotes to have the whole HVAC done in the house since the old system was no longer workin effectively. This company did the work for ONE THOUSAND dollars cheaper than the competition and did outstanding work. It took his crew almost 8 hours to complete the entire job. On top of that he refilled my current unit with freon, installed a new thermostat and even fixed a leak I had in the condesation line without being asked. Bottom line, if you want quality work done from a hard working individual THIS IS YOUR COMPANY. I never write reviews, but this guy deserves it. For real !! He will beat anyones price and will give you customer service like you have never experienced from a contractor. I am hard pressed to believe he even made any money on my job since he had THREE WORKERS there tearing everything out of the ceiling and then crawling around a tiny HOT place to put all new HVAC in. In the middle of an unbearable heat wave my air conditioner broke. Shan was able to come and install a new one the next day and his prices were not only competitive, he gave me a great price break on a more high end unit. He educated me as to what I needed and didn't need, contrary to the other estimate I got which would have had me tearing half of my house down to replace pipes I didn't need. He also followed up with any questions I had, and I would not hestitate to call him again. Whoever wrote that he was horrible obviously had a bad experience but since all the other reviews were excellent, as were mine, I hope the bad review doesn't deter you.
