We live in a brand new condo in malibu. The heater installed inside has the Total comfort systems sticker on it. They are probably the ones that installed it. Either way. When we called them because our heater did not work and we needed service. We never received a phone call back !!? We called again the next day and left another message and still no call back or response ?! Not very professional. We called another company. They called us back right away the same day within an hour, and came in fixed our problem. Took their sticker off and put their own on. Very unprofessional not to call customers back.

Kevin is the best. Our AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year, 116 in Thousand Oaks 😳. Kevin was at our house within an hour fixing our AC. I would highly recommend them!

Best ever! On time, clean, professional, honest and competitively priced. I've had the pleasure of working with the crew and the owner for years now and I would recommend them for any new system or for repairs of your existing system.
