Alen was incredible, walked us through the entire problem and how it will fixed. Provided estimates for other potential preventative fixes to our home plumbing. Great guy, nice and professional.

I had a sudden water heater leak. I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing Castle Works and they were able to send someone out within an hour. Cory showed up within the promised time frame. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He inspected the issue and clearly explained my options and available packages to replace my existing water heater. He had a new one in truck and did a fantastic professional job hauling away my damaged heater and installing the new one along with upgrading me to code and installing other accessories for safety and longevity of the new heater. As promised, the water heater was up and running before he left. I was concerned about staying without hot water for couple days but thanks to Cory, the job was done same day. Ask for Cory and he deserves a promotion or raise. Brad did an excellent and professional job installing the new toilet and hauling the old one. Project was all done on the same day. Thank you Brad for being honest about your work and recommendations.
I had a block kitchen sink drain. I call TO Plumbing, very pleasant & professional dispatch for my call. Tyler arrived on time and was very efficient. The estimate initially given to me on the phone was honored. Highly recommend.

My family and I had the “PLEASURE” of having Randy provide us with some of the BEST customer service we’ve ever experienced. He was “knowledgeable, professional, and very polite.” He addressed the issue we were having with our kitchen sink and told us how to fix it. Pop Not only was Randy’s service excellent, he was a pleasure to conversate with as well. We’ve used Thousand Oaks plumbing since moving into our house and because of people like Randy, we know we’ve made the right decision. Next time we need service, we hope to get him again
All the men involved with our repiping job were excellent.. professional, explained exactly what they were doing & what we were to expect.. everyone so polite, respectful of our situation.. did a fantastic job- above & beyond in an incredible time frame.. will highly recommend all the people involved in our project.. thank you for a great job!
AVOID AT ALL COST - RIP OFF MERCHANTS had a leak quoted over $900 to fix, I normally get cross quotes and got the leaks fixed for $125 These guys are cowboys and try and take you for whatever they can. make out the job to be bigger than it is. I would recommend to go elsewhere

I had a problem with a tankless water heater. The technician came fast but he could find out the problem and asked for $700 for a diagnosis by contacting manufacturer, that’s too expensive and ridiculous. I ended up paid $99 for the visit.
I was so happy with the help that Tyler gave today. He not only fixed our garbage disposal, but he explained to my son everything he was doing so my 11-year-old son could learn he went over and beyond helping me know how to avoid this kind of break down in the future. He was kind, helpful, and efficient. I would use Thousand Oaks plumbing again and again because of Tyler’s great service!

He was very responsive when the issue occured - contacting me regularly. now when trying to contact him or have my insurance broker get him to call it has been impossible. I have left 5 messages in 7 days and not one call back. This situation will likely make me look elsewhere in the future. I dont like writing bad reviews but it shouldn’t be this hard. Frustrating
