I was very impressed that they showed up exactly on time. Drew did a fantastic job installing my mini split AC. He was very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of my unit and he explained to me the functions and operations of the remote. They made sure that the place was as clean as when they arrived. Drew did a great job helping design my system. He listened to my concerns. I've a mid century 1950s house no attic no crawl space and wanted to keep the good style of house and the ac and heat added. He hid most everything above the house and in trenches. The system behind the house not on the roof. His bid was very competitive and got it all done in 2 days. 5 different units in rooms. Much cheaper than central ac more efficient and can control on my phone. His labor is a 1 year warranty and the units 10 year manufacturers warranty. Most contractors are flakes but not Drew. He knows his stuff and Fransisco was also great. Your welcome to come look at my system if you need a recommendation. Very pleasant work vibe family friendly no smoking or cursing. I'd recommend him to anyone I know. If your high end call Drew. He will get a great design before he starts cutting into the house. DrewCo installed a mini-split in my home, it works perfectly, installed in the area I wanted, size I wanted, outside unit was high on the wall like I wanted. His electrical guy also ran a car charger outlet for me at the same time. Excellent work from this company, and by far the best prices. Will be using them again for another issue that he found while looking at my system.
Drew takes great pride in his work. He spent time explaining things on ways to help me keep my AC and heater working most efficiently. Have already referred him to my family and friends. Drew should be your next AC guy!
Drew is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever had in my home when it comes to cooling options for your home. We had a problem with our master bedroom being dramatically warmer than the rest of the house. He came up with a cost effective solution that has actually worked. I would never call another company but DrewCo for our HVAC.
We are very pleased with Drewco's work. We recommend him highly to others for home heating and air conditioning system installs. He proposed a schedule and he completed the job early, with high quality and on budget - which to us are always good things. Drew distinguished himself from several other potential contractors right away during our bid-gathering process, in two notable ways. First, he communicated with us better than the other vendors; he was receptive to questions and he did not attempt to control the conversation about project requirements. He expressed technical considerations well, and he used a contrast and compare analysis to depict the advantages in several options under our consideration. We appreciated his time spent in periodically explaining the industry jargon in layman's terms for us, throughout the project as well. He was available and responsive throughout the contract. Second, he was more creative in his design ideas than the other potential contractors in their proposals. He proposed moving the now-larger condenser unit to a new location, one away from bedroom window areas and into a location that would not block a side yard pathway. He was the only contractor to suggest this design element and it became an important aspect in our decision to select his firm for this work.
Drew did an outstanding job. He came a few hours after I called and found the problem of why my AC was tripping my main breaker. After having another company out 3 times in one month and having an electrician check things out. He found wires underneath my unit that had been chewed and replaced everything instead of selling me a new unit. I would definitely use him again. Five stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It's hard finding companies that are honest, fair, have integrity, and communicate respectfully. I was lucky to find Drew. He immediately answered my question on the phone and was able to come by today to fix our A/C. He cleaned our system, changed the filter, replaced the broken wires and didn't price gauge on the R-22 refrigerate on our old unit. I am very grateful that by coincidence I called his company and received such a professional and kind technician who takes pride in his work and who made my day. I was worried about having a miserable hot weekend!! Thanks so much for your great service, Drew!!

Drew did a fantastic job installing my ductless heating & A/C unit in my shed. Throughout the process, Drew was very responsive and delivered what he said he would do. Also Drew noticed that my HVAC system needed to be cleaned and went out of his way to clean it and inspect it. Hard to find someone that will go out of there way to make a customer happy. I highly recommend his services.
Drew was amazing! Two big name HVAC companies had come to our house and recommended that we replace our whole system for $15,000-$20,000. They both told us that our system was impossible to repair. Drew came the day after I contacted him and was able to make repairs to fix all of our problems for less than $1,000. On top of that, he was very professional, very knowledgeable and explained everything so we understood the issues, and just generally great. I highly recommend Drew for all of your HVAC needs!
