Our bldg management sent them a work order over 3 weeks ago for a drip pan for an AC that overhangs my car in the carport and has been covering my car in pools of water. Excellence AC never showed up so I called management again. They sent a second work order to Excellence AC. Still no show. Finally at my insistence, management phone them last Thursday and were told that they were coming on Monday (today). I happened to go back to the carport @ 1:30 pm and there was an Excellence AC man. He was just taking photos of the AC that needs the drip pan and another AC that already had one installed years ago by our handyman. He said “I guess some kind of pan will have to be made.” He said he didn’t know WHEN that would be or when it would be installed! I’m still in AC water hell.

I called this company to organize a service a few weeks ago and the technician was on time, polite, professional and in a mask - so far so good. We had an issue in one bedroom and he advised that we needed a FREON refill so he did this as well as the service. We were then away for two weeks and only turned on the upstairs A/C this weekend. No air at all into the bedroom. On Monday I called at lunchtime and was advised that as the technicians were on the road I would get a call back the next morning. After not receiving a call I called again and was advised I would be called back asap. After following up again yesterday at 4.30 and being advised there was now an 'after hours' answering service only I managed to speak with the technician this morning. I was advised there must be a leak and the FREON has leaked out and therefore I need a new unit. Not sure why we spent $300 on FREON if there was a leak. After speaking again to the office manager I was advised that they cannot not get back to me with a further quote or any further information until next Monday as the 'owner is away'. The real issue is the administrative/ phone service (or lack there-of). I would not recommend this company.

These people are GREAT, FAIR, and THOROUGH!! I don’t understand why there are not more reviews on here. We have used them now for two separate properties and have enjoyed our interactions completely. VERY HELPFUL
Been working with these guys about a decade and can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommend.
Serviced my units 6wks ago and they are already needing to be checked again. Their receptionists are rude with terrible phone skills. Will never use again.
