Installation of new heat pump system
Great Company and quality service which included the required permit process with the City approval. This has nothing to do with Alpha Air, but now that we have an electric heating not natural gas our Power bill has dramatically increased.
I was expecting to get an estimate on how much it would cost. I was not expecting to be charged over $100 for the visit that was less than 1 hour. I will not be using this business again.

Alpha Air Conditioning & Heating is an outstanding family (father and son) owned and operated HVAC company, and an Elite Dealer of a leading brand in this area. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them in the future. Selecting Vic and his son Nick and their company, Alpha Air, to install a new 5 Ton A/C and heating system, including all new ducts and vents, was the best decision I have made. I was impressed by Vic and Nick’s knowledge and expertise as well as their dedication and the joy of doing the hard work. Vic’s initial assessment of what is entailed in the job, followed by a very detailed proposal, and his friendly and captivating personality were what you expect of a first class contractor. The job started on time and progressed according to plan. Vic insisted on adding and replacing parts that were found either defective or too old. Now that the job is completed the new system’s performance exceeds all our expectations. It is worth noting that when I found out that Alpha Air installs tank-less hot water heaters I asked Vic and Nick to do that, too. Communication by phone, text messaging and email were prompt. A Five-Star rating is an understatement for these guys!
The team worked late to insure that the tenants had heat for the night. Everything was timely and a good value. Communication with me and with the tenants was excellent.

Alpha Air was fantastic at every step of the process installing a ductless system. They were response to all my questions and concerns. A great experience and I love my new heat/ac ductless system.
Had them come out to do a repair, he recommended we exchange the system it was over 15 years old and it kept messing up. He gave an estimate and was in my house ready to work 3 days later. Complete job took only 3 days thank you
We are so glad to have found Alpha!! Nick and his team are the best! When we found out we needed to replace our HVAC unit and re-do the existing ductwork, we were initially concerned about the complexity and price associated with the job. Alpha was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from when they shared the quote through the end of the install. Nick took time to walk through the quote with us, explaining different options we had for our system, which helped inform our decision-making. Nick also redesigned our ductwork to get air flow to all rooms in the house, something we never had before. Throughout the installation, Nick kept us informed regularly of what they were doing, what challenges they encountered and how they proposed to fix them. We really appreciated this level of communication. The final install looks clean and professional and it works like a dream.
