CM Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new HVAC system for us. The company was professional, punctual, responsive, competent, and gave us the best estimate. The company is also an official Bayren contractor who can facilitate eligible energy rebates. We plan on using them for any future maintenance or HVAC services needed.
Carlos and his crew fantastic. As a realtor and someone with extensive vendor experience, I know the headaches that come with home improvements. Carlos was able to help my client install a brand new Air Conditioner and Furnace in Clayton, Ca this summer. When my clients bought the home, they knew the furnace was very old and the AC had been gutted. Carlos got them all set up with a brand new unit for each and thanks to the rebates he has access to, my clients we amazed at how competitive the cost came in at. All in all, I am extremely happy to recommend Carlos and CM Mechanical for all their heating and air needs from someone with integrity who communicates extremely well.
