Just had a terrific experience with this company. The people on the phone were courteous and professional and Mack the installer did a terrific job installing the new water heater. I’ve replaced my own water heaters in the past but just didn’t feel like doing it this time. I was concerned that someone other than myself would cut corners or do the job less better than myself. Boy was I wrong. Mack was a gentleman to have in our home and he didn’t miss a beat. Everything was done professionally and he didn’t miss anything. I am very pleased with the experience.
