Our AC problem was accurately diagnosed by Randy from West Coast Heating & AC Repair. He was able to solve the issue swiftly. He was kind and clear in his explanations of what he was doing. I would strongly advise employing this business. For my AC system, I intend to purchase their maintenance/checkup package.
Both heat pump systems were examined by West Coast Heating & AC Repair, and one capacitor was changed. Our previous two HVAC service providers both started out fantastic until the quality of their services degraded over time. With annual service agreements, West Coast Heating & AC Repair offered us a 10% discount on the capacitor installation in addition to being excellent, reasonably priced, and having fantastic technicians. If any of the 10 year old heat pumps needed to be replaced due to failure, we would suggest them and make them our top option.

My impression of West Coast Heating & AC Repair is excellent. Both of them were incredibly kind and professional. They swiftly evaluated the problems, gave me a solution, and quoted me a fair price. In my basement, they changed one shutoff value and removed another. They also replaced an outdoor faucet and a small pipe section that had burst the previous winter. For any future plumbing troubles, I'll without a doubt contact West Coast Heating & AC Repair.
Our boiler and radiators have been serviced by West Coast Heating & AC Repair on several occasions, and most recently, they extended our gas line so that we could connect to a new gas stove. Everyone we've dealt with has been incredibly kind and informed, and they've always arrived on time. Particularly, Lloyd, the technician who extended our gas line, went above and above to ensure that the new stove fit properly into our cabinetry (seriously, that wasn't even technically part of his job! ), and he also made sure that everything was functioning properly and safely. I'm quite satisfied with these people and will keep using them. Thanks.

Having to get both my units replaced due to age of units. 1of them got to a point of the compressor fan not kicking on. I had decided to go with West Coast Heating & AC Repair's, and set up install date. When I told them during scheduling about the one unit fan, they sent out a tech next morning to get it running decent until the new installs. Great guy came out, replaced capacitor, and up and running. Very responsive and professional both on phone and in person.
My experience with West Coast Heating & AC Repair has been a very professional experience. They're an enjoyable company to work with. They arrive on time as promised and installed a new AC package unit on the roof by mid-morning. Their quality of work is amazing and there follow up to any questions I may have were answered quickly.
Todd M came out to check out my very old ac unit that is still kicking. Thorough and efficient, and was actually much earlier than expected (they called ahead to make sure that was okay). Showed me everything that could eventually cause problems, but also explained everything is running efficiently. Went over all the options but no sales pressure at all, good explanations of items that could be replaced but also that they aren't at a place where they will cause damage to the unit. Friendly, efficient, thorough service. Definitely recommend West Coast Heating & AC Repair's! Will be using them for any properties I have!
