I would give no star if I could. They were rude on the phone. I placed a call for them to repair an air conditioner and based in their advertisement of free estimate. They were not willing to honor that. The operator was telling me at 6:00 am that the phone line are lighting up and he has to go. Such a Bad Customer Service. I would refuse to give them business.
They replaced the whole ac system and ducts. I hate the system every time the fan turns on at night it wakes you up. The fan is to loud for inside a house. Don't believe them when they say WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT it's a lie! Don't use there equipment the fan in the house is louder than the one outside!
They hydro jetted my sewer pipes. I am very happy with the service. Their technicians were polite, professional, on time…. I will definitely use them again.
Have had plenty of experience with this company. Very adept with heating and cooling repairs and installation. We continue to Bering them in regularly for ongoing maintenance. Wholehearted recommendation.
They came out on time and diagnosed the problem with our leach field, which was excessive biomat. The technicians we're very knowledgeable and explained to me how the whole process works and that we needed septic shock treatment, which is available at home improvement stores and online. They refused to even charge me for a house call. I Will definitely use them again.
Other people that came out before didn't connect the cords back properly to our AC they were extremely loose. Keith came out not only was he very professional but took the time to explain thoroughly our exact issue. It was a quick easy fix and now our AC works great. Will be calling Keith again if there any more further issues.
Keith was on time to our house and was very professional. He replaced our heater. We now have hot water. Thanks Keith!

Brian is the man. He definitely knows what he's doing. One company told me I needed to replace my entire furnace, Brian told me I had a wiring issue. Fixed it fast and for significantly less than the price of a new furnace.
Keith professional technician explained the working of my old closet wall furnace . When we upgrade I'll definitely be calling Keith at Empire .

Empire plumbing heating and air was based on the cleanness and friendliness but also the ability to feel safe living here. Brian was amazing!! Another company wanted to charge us 13 THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix our AC.. turns out, we only needed a 350 dollar part and an air filter cleaning. Brian was nice professional and quick. In an hr everything was done and our house was cool once again 😊 definitely recommend!!!!!
Had a water emergency with my main line. The only ones that would help with answers to my questions were Empire. Josh was knowledgeable and extremely hard working. He diagnosed my issue over the phone and arrived as early as possible. He spent a good part of the day working the issue and did not leave until he had done everything possible to solve our leak. Josh was very polite, easy to talk to and above all else professional. I would highly recommend this company any day of the week!

I had the best experience when calling Empire. They sent out two service techs Richard and Brian they were really helpful in making me understand my problem and were happy to answer any questions I had, there services definitely made me feel comfortable and i would highly recommend them to anyone who has any HVAC issues 😁👍🏾
They responded quickly to my Yelp message, sent someone here quickly, and fixed my stopped toilet, which was not an easy stoppage to release. They also offered guidance on a few parts I should get for my toilet to improve its performance, and recommended a specific plunger. Their customer service was so good that I'll be recommending them to friends and plan to use them for my future plumbing needs. 5 stars.
Jim the owner quickly respond to my online (Yelp) quote request on Tuesday, December 21, with a clear upfront quote, very competitive price to replace broken water heater and offered same day service. His technician Ignacio did a great job replacing an old leaky GE gas water heater that stopped lighting with a new 40 gallon Bradford White gas water heater. Now we have hot water again in the house after two days without hot water. Thank you, Jim and Ignacio.

I called them to check my sister's heating system, because it wasn't working. The worker Brad came down to check on it and told my sister the valve needed to be replaced and might have to replace the whole unit, for the valve itself he was gonna charge 850. We checked with a second opinion and that worker said Brad disconnected everything and even snipped some wires. Very disappointed and shocked to hear they would do that, especially to a woman that has children, and saw the children.
