I have been using Comfort City Mechanical for a number of years for routine maintenance of the HVAC unit in my condo. They are always reliable and come at the appointed time. Quality of work is good and the price is reasonable. Definitely recommend.

We needed to replace the 20-year-old HVAC system at our son's condo at La Jolla Regents. Without describing the entire process, everything was done to perfection. Comfort City replaced the complete HVAC system -- the condenser on the roof of the complex, the blower fan in the unit, the plenum, the ductwork. Everything. And it works great. My son is happy that he'll be saving money with a more efficient system that uses less electricity, and we're happy that Comfort City did a great job for us. And the icing on the cake is that the office manager -- Flavia -- and the techs who did the work were super friendly, skilled, and reliable. Highly recommended.
Been working in a Hotel there is always different Issues in all the Areas , Like plumbing , Air conditions , etc. And this company Comfort City Been Amazing doing repairs and be on Time , also they always protect the carpet and furniture's around the Hotel business and they do understand the Hotel business very well as far if the room is with guest to prevent Noise and complaint from Guest , Starting from when you start making the call to them , Flavia setting appointment or send me the tech. a.s.a.p. and Alvaro , William , Benjamin Are super Nice People and very professional Team , as my experience been working in Hotel for 25 years with different franchises I will fully Recommend This company to do any Repair and their prices were reasonable as well. We used Comfort City for an HVAC repair at my parent's house, we have a family member who did not allow anyone into this bedroom, Alvaro was extremely patient and took his time to gain his trust. He was able to complete the repairs needed and did not charge us for all the extra time he spent. Alvaro is truly a genuine and caring individual. We haven't had any problems since, i very highly recommend his services and will definitely use Comfort City again!
Had a plumbing leak in my house and we called Al, his team was able to repair the leak in one day and were very careful not to leave us a mess. These guys were so professional and their prices were reasonable as well.
Had problems with my a/c and had their techs come out to inspect. They were super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. Alvaro took care of my problem in a fast and efficient manner. I highly recommend these guys!
I highly recommend Comfort City Mechanical they installed us the air conditioning, excellent customer service, Miss Flavia is very efficient. their prices are reasonable, their service is high quality, they are very honest, Alvaro did excellent work . He showed me the new equipment that he installed. Also I like that they have availability. i was so stressed because we had guests and we couldn't let them roast in these high temperatures here in San Diego but, with their help everything went well. Overall great experience with Comfort City Mechanical. From setting up my appointment over the phone to showing up on time to begin the installation process all of the staff members were amazing. The technicians were on time, friendly, knowledgeable and took extra precautions when working in my home due to covid. They completed the installation of my new air conditioning unit in a timely manner and even followed up a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly. 10/10 I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
The AC unit in my home had been broken for so long and I was dreading this San Diego summer heat, but Al & Benjamin were amazing! Comfort City Mechanical Inc. is a great company and I highly recommend their services! We hired them to work on a repair on our water heater and everything was done very professionally and in a timely manner.
