My property management company wanted me to verify installation of a bidet attachment that I installed myself three years ago. I called at least 5 other plumbing companies, and they each said they wouldn't do it, since their minimum charge wouldn't be fair for such a small task. Although I got the same answer here, Casey offered to do a consultation if I sent thorough pictures. He gave me exactly what I needed and wouldn't take my money. What more could I ask for? Thank you so much!

Called and they immediately come out to fix the plumbing issue. The guys were super kind and professional and it took all of 15 minutes. Highly recommend . 95 stars .
They relit a pilot and left the temp on cold so it was assumed the waterheater did not stay lit and had failed, just a simple turn and we saved 500 to 2000. Hmm? Double check the work like we had too. And yes it may have been a simple mistake.

They are professional from getting a call back on the weekend to getting in to getting the job done. We work in the service industry and from the get go we can tell the over all character of the business. They did a great job. Professional, on time and didn't break the bank. Extremely customer focused. They set up a service appointment the same day I called. The plumber was very pleasant and professional. He took little time to assess the problem and proceeded to make the repairs. When he was done everything was cleaned up and working to our satisfaction. I'd highly recommend this company.

Boden Plumbing went above and beyond to meet up with us to assess the repair needed on our toilet when we working prepping for sale of the house, then Jeremy was professional, friendly, and cheerful when completing the repair. Jeremy needs a lesson in customer service skills ; was extremely rude and condescending. A totally unpleasant and unnecessary way to talk to a customer in their home !

I find them quick to respond but way too expensive. They gave me an estimated of almost $300 just to attach a culligan water purifier under my kitchen sink.
Second time I have used Boden. Good, prompt same day service. Dustin explained to me what he was doing as the he was doing it. Top notch service. See below for 9/26/2019 review. Once again Boden to the rescue, 4th time. I had a water bill more than double my usual bill. Long story short, had a leak right after the meter. Appeared to be PVC. Wanted soft. copper. All the way to house. They came estimated the cost. Hooked me up with a landscaping company to dig. On time repair at agreed price (which was lower than another bid I got. 6 stars.

Simply and purely, Boden plumbing is your "do it once do it right" crew that handles anything plumbing related, commercial or residential. The family legacy is continues with Casey at the helm and the service could not be better. Kudos to the team for always taking such great care of the Nelson Family (and mine!).
