Technician was very professional and courteous. Was focused on solving our issue, and not just out to sell something. Took the time to answer many questions about the system and what was happening.
Installer was a personable, very competent man who did an excellent job. The process was quick and easy to arrange. One phone call, same day service on a Sunday (no extra charge for that) and done in a couple of hours. Perfect!
Justin was super pleasant. He listened to all my input and thoroughly explained everything he did and why. Very satisfied with the results. Will use them as my regular AC company from now on. FYI, the service call fee is waived when they do work on your system. Not all companies do this. Definitely recommend Evergreen Heating & AC Repair.

Been with Evergreen Heating & AC Repair since 2019. Use them for HVAC maintenence and just recently plumbing replacing a water softner (Ben is incredibly good). Justin and Scott are great as well, or whoever they send our way. I highly recommend this company.
I cannot say enough good stuff about Evergreen Heating & AC Repair. They are so professional, fair, and help to educate me about what's wrong so I understand the repairs. We used Evergreen Heating & AC Repair to replace 2 air conditioners a few ya are ago. We have had great results with using them and whenever we have questions or concerns, they are very responsive. They genuinely care about their customers and are always super friendly.
I have had a 5 ton Trane A/C installed outside on May 5, 2022. I have had nothing but trouble since that time with this unit. I'm not blaming Evergreen Heating & AC Repair. They have been out at least 6 times to try to fix the problem. They have put 3 new parts in the unit. I guess it was just one of those things that happens sometimes with a new unit. Marcos and Patrick have tried there best so far. Tonight the cool air went off and it jumped from 75 degrees to 85. They can't come out until morning. Well at 9:00 pm the air went back on. I don't know if there was a glitch in Mesa or what but I am happy it is on. Evergreen Heating & AC Repair have been great when you call them. I would recommend them highly.
I have used Evergreen Heating & AC Repair since moving to here. They are professional, respectful of my home and time and do an excellent job keeping my A/C and heat working! Todd was my Tech today and I am so pleased with his visit. He even put disposable boot covers on so as not to track anything onto my floors. Highly recommend this company and their employees.
Staff members were very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful during the whole process. The thoroughness of the estimate was impressive. After evaluating for more than 2 hours the needs for our home, Rob from Evergreen Heating & AC Repair carefully explained what was needed and how Evergreen Heating & AC Repair would address those needs. The installers were prompt, courteous, and extremely helpful by explaining the new system and it’s controls. We were very impressed and happy we chose Evergreen Heating & AC Repair.
AC stopped blowing cold air last night and called Evergreen Heating & AC Repair first thing in the morning. They set up a timeframe from 11-1pm and fortunately got here 30min ahead of schedule. Justin was the specialist and he was fantastic. Very quick, efficient, and professional. Would definitely recommend and use Evergreen Heating & AC Repair again for any HVAC needs.
When our AC quit working a few weeks ago, I thought it would be a nightmare to fix or replace. Fortunately for us we won’t be using it for a few months! We called Evergreen Heating & AC Repair and everybody from the service technician Caleb, to Rob with estimates, to Luis and his install team were such a pleasure to work with. They were so patient while we asked question after question. Never at any point did I feel pressured or taken advantage of, which I was worried about. Evergreen Heating & AC Repair came out again today to perform our pre-summer A/C check. As always We had the same tech and he on time, friendly, efficient, thorough, and answered all of our questions. We even got to see his dog pictures. We’ve been using Evergreen Heating & AC Repair now for six years and are so pleased we have remained signed up for their loyalty maintenance program. As part of that program, today’s cost was a whopping $0.

Evergreen Heating & AC Repair installed our unit five years ago after our old one quit in us. Anytime we've had an issue they've always come out quickly and got us back up and running. All for a reasonable price as well. The HVAC techs are personable, polite, and on time. Highly recommend.
