Mike is AWESOME! He is a "one man show", and never disappoints. A man of his word, honest and professional with great attention to detail. I wouldn't call anyone else!
Our air conditioning unit went down and the very next morning I called Air Pro, recommended by my father who has previously used his services. Mike answered and got out to my residence within a few hours to inspect my issue. Confirmed the compressor was bad within minutes and fixed it quickly! Living in a house with 3 children, 4 dogs, and 1 cat, it was IMPERATIVE getting our AC fixed quickly with the Redding Heat! Highly recommend his services. THANK YOU MICHAEL KRANZ!!!
Being a homeowner it seems as if there is always something that needs repaired, replaced, or maintenance done. Super thankful for Mike making it not so dreadful. He has literally been only a phone call away at times and has been very responsive and personable. It has never felt like I was just another customer. This is why I like supporting small business like this so much! AIR PRO'S magnet has been stuck to my fridge since the first time needing service and as long as he's in business, he has my business!

Answered our call on a Saturday and was able to diagnose our problem over the phone. Gave us step by step instructions. SUPER helpful. Will definitely be coming back if we have any more problems with our heating/ac. Recommend.
Hvac stop blowing air called this guy he had the parts and came over pretty quickly thoroughly checked for other issues and gave me a good deal.
Mike came to our rescue very quickly when our dog chewed our AC wires and our AC would not work. He was very quick to respond, professional, completed the job within an hour and was very affordable. He is very knowledgeable with HVAC. When I need service again I will be calling Air Pro!
Mike called us back immediately, showed up when he said he would and was very personable. He explained exactly what had happened to our A/C unit so we knew what we were paying for. He had the A/C repaired in less than 2 hours and he had to cut, weld, splice, and then recharge the unit. We are very thankful for the quick response!

Very honest straight forward guy
My husband has covid and our AC went out. Mike from Air Pro came out in a hour on a Sunday evening to fix it. He had it running in 30 minutes. We can't thank this guy enough. We're a customer for life now! Thank you, you're the best!
I cannot recommend Air Pro highly enough. My A/C went out on Friday morning on the hottest day yet, when my family was here, too, as evacuees from the McKinney fire. We were melting! My wonderful landlord called 10 businesses, but Air Pro was the only one who would come out right away. And Mike was outstanding. The HVAC here is on the roof, and Mike still took the time to determine all the issues, and fix them. For example, the capacitor would have gone out soon since it wasn't working as it should, and he replaced it, too, for a minimal fee. I felt terrible when he got off the extreme heat of the roof - he looked as wet as if he'd been in the rain. But he was delighted to fix our HVAC, and we were so grateful! Mike has outstanding customer service. I recommend him and Air Pro most highly!
Got home on a Friday at 3 PM AC was blowing room temperature air it’s going to be 110 on Monday called 4 different places left messages everyone is at least 10 days out for appointments. One thankfully referred me to Mike he called me back asked me a few questions, I was outside his service area but he diagnosed the capacitor as the most likely culprit and told me I could bring it to him and he’d test it. I had replaced this capacitor around a year prior along with the condenser fan motor so it seemed early for it to fail however it turned out to be the problem. Thank you Mike for taking the time to help me out over the phone and not just tell me you’re to far away call someone else greatly appreciated my family had cold air and a working AC again at 5pm
Saved us, same day in the middle of summer!!! Called at 8am today, returned my call promptly came by later the same day and had the ac repaired within a couple hours. Mike is a great guy! Same day service, honest, fair. I will be calling him for any future ac service
I’ve used Mike with several projects and he has always came through for me. He just got off of my own roof and I can’t thank him enough. Mike Kranz was great! A/C went out Friday night, called Saturday and Mike took care of the problem ASAP! WTG Mike. We would highly recommend Air Pro and ask for Mike.
Being one of the hottest days of the year. Came home to a non working a/c. Looked up YouTube to try and figure it out and nothing panned out. Found Mike and luckily we live close by each other. Mike guided me and tested my parts for me. Trouble shot exactly what the problem was. I bought the parts from him, showed me what to do and about 30 minutes later my family has A/C again. Thank you Mike for being there. Thank you for the knowledge I have obtained now. If your needs are A/C repair. Mike is the only one I would call.
My air conditioning unit was not working, I called Michael Krantz and he came to my house and very quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem. His problem-solving skills are outstanding, he was super friendly, very professional, had empathy for my issue, and had incredible product/service knowledge. His communication skills were outstanding, gave very clear explanations. He came fully prepared to address my AC issue which included having the necessary parts to correct the problem. I highly, highly recommend Air Pro for all of your AC service and repair needs. I had a very, very positive experience.
