I phoned this business and they are ridiculous . They had the nerve to tell me they charge $180.00 per hour and there is a 4 hour minimum . They claim to be part of a union. Didn’t know AC repairs had unions .Give me a break they are absurd . Good luck with your over priced business

When the air conditioner in my apartment broke, the building management sent out Westco to fix it. I do not recommend them. The HVAC technician and trainee who showed up at my door were without a doubt the most unprofessional, incompetent contractors I've ever met. Westco sent out the trainee by herself on several occasions, and she apparently misdiagnosed the problem incorrectly when she first visited. The entire time she worked, she cursed to herself in frustration. Start to finish, fixing the A/C took about two weeks. The last two days were the worst. The HVAC technician and his trainee had absolutely no regard for the well-being of my apartment or personal property, and damaged my bathroom so badly that it had to be professionally cleaned (twice) and repainted. Had the technicians known what they were doing, they could have avoided all of this by putting up plastic to protect the walls and floor. They didn't. The photos I posted give you an idea of how bad things were, but as bad as things look in the photos, it was actually worse. Things had been cleaned up a little at the point these pictures were taken. In closing, I will say that the best way to describe watching them work in my apartment would be by saying it felt like a violation. It felt like being violated. It will take me a while to clean up after their mess. Do yourself a favor, and keep looking.
