Very pleased with the service by everybody involved from Marks Heating & Cooling Co . Felix and his team came to our rescue and got our new air conditioner installed the day after we had them come look at our old one. Everybody was very pleasant. The installers did a phenomenal job. Left a very tidy garage and compressor area. Very happy with the service we received. I will recommend them for sure.
I have been using Marks Heating & Cooling Co, for several years. I have their yearly ,maintenance plan and they replaced my heat pump last year. They have always been very professional. They have always been punctual for my appointments and their charges are very fair. I would definitely recommend them.
This is a very reliable company to work with.Their technician did a remarkable job on my AC system annual maintenance check up. He was detailed and thorough and explained everything he was doing.He also took his time to clean up his mess and answer my questions. I would definitely recommend them.
Felix was very friendly and a great professional. He took the time to show me all of the benefits of having a yearly maintenance and save money on repairs, prolonging the lifespan of the unit.
Great outfit. No pressure, nice people, from the office to the installer and the service guy. My sales rep, was laid back, knowledgeable about the equipment and always answered my questions in a respectful and clear way. Would highly recommend.
Great communication and outstanding service. I was able to have a technician come to fix my AC the day after I called to make an appointment. The technician contacted me when he was on his way and explained everything to me as he worked on diagnosing the problem. Highly recommended.
After months of trouble with the HVAC system we purchased from Marks Heating & Cooling Co, they did come out and replace the entire system. This time they did an amazing job. The team was very pleasant and the work was done very neatly and professionally. Would definitely use them again.
