Awesome people! Affordable and reliable.
Dryer was making screeching noise so called World Appliance to have dryer looked at. Service call $65. Technician said it needed a new ‘kit’ which cost $350! Rather steep but paid the price thinking I’d have a working dryer. Technician left and tried to do a load of laundry and it was making a really loud noise this time. I called World Appliance to let them know. They said they’d have someone call me back. No one did. Tried calling again a few days after no callback and no response - left message. A few months later the dryer is making an even louder noise. Called and spoke to Manager who’d informed me that 30 day warrant had expired and that I’d be charged another $180 if the dryer needed new kit!!! I told him I tried to call back and had already paid $350 but he said he didn’t care and that I’d need you pay again. Never do business with a company like this. They took my money and don’t stand by their services! Absolute crooks!
My heater went out, I thought it was something easy but of course it ended up being the board. Drew agreed to stay late so he could come out! He replaced the board and got us back up and running! Thank you to the whole team, John, Drew and Frank!
The service man detected the problem right away. He was very pleasant to work with. Very satisfied.
I reached out to World Appliance and spoke to John for a Refrigerator repair need. He was helpful and called me right back when he said he would, hard to find nowadays. Will use in the future.
Fast, honest and fair price!
They know they're the only local source for parts $10 part on Amazon, $80 here. I'd gladly pay more to get it locally and support a local business but not 800% - thats ridiculous
I had to replace my condenser and coil as it was pretty old, tried few companies and most of them were too expensive and also did not provide the right kind of service. John and his team were able to provide the best service I could get and also explained what was needed and what was optional. Customers comes first for World appliance they look out for you. Great service, great value and most importantly they offer good guidance and don't try to rip you off. I would definitely recommend World appliance for any AC requirements.
