Such a great team! On time, respectful, and very fast. Travis and Gustavo were highly detailed and considerate of our time and home. They installed 2 units, took away our old furnace, patched the wall (where the furnace used to be), AND went above and beyond when completing the job by ensuring all items were clean, put back better than they found it, & electrical was acting as it should before leaving. They took good care of us and would highly recommend and work with them again!
When you’re good!!! Your good. From start to finish, Valley Comfort Heating and Air was absolutely on point. Bryan and his team ( Dustin, Robert, and Jose) got the job done with speed and efficiency. There were no corners cut, everything was smooth and done as they should be. I will be giving Valley Comfort heating and air all of my business for my property’s and my home. Thanks again Valley. Javier and Alex installed a State Heat Pump Water Heater. It was a complex installation in a confined space and they arrived on time and completed the work in two days. Javier was especially proficient at doing the installation per the manufacturer's specs. They did a great job of cleaning as well.
First company I used wanted to sell me a new unit, refused to work on it. Valley Comfort correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it!
It's hard to give anything less than a glowing rating to this company. I needed to install a ductless system in my newly converted garage to art studio. The online search for local Santa Rosa HVAC companies yielded many results, but few with such good yelp and google review ratings. I called Valley Comfort for an estimate. I was given a quick calendar date for my estimate with Matt Crespin. As soon as I hung up, I received a text and an email confirmation of my appointment. On estimate day, Matt was punctual. He was thorough and easy going in his description of the system required, did not give me the hard sell. We discussed the pros and cons of a 12000 BTU vs 18000 BTU system. I was undecided and asked if it would be ok to get an estimate for each option. Matt provided the estimates on the spot. He later emailed me a formal estimate and contract for the job. The installation date was set just a few days later. Once again, I was sent a text and an email confirmation of the installation date and the name of the installers. The installers called me the morning of the installation with their ETA and actually arrived exactly on time. They spent the entire day working on the installation. They did not goof off or spend time on their phones, etc...They were courteous, professional, respectful and did a very nice job. They cleaned up after themselves and left the space as they had found it. I am very pleased with the product and the entire experience (which seems to be rare these days in the world of contractors and anything related to construction). Highly recommend
Craig came out to inspect our furnace and air conditioner.The inspection was terrible. He said the furnace was old and possibly had cracks in the heat exchanger,and aiconditioner was not working properly. We then called another company to look at the furnace and air conditioner. He used a camera to look inside the furnace and found no cracks in the exchanger. He pulled the burners out and cleaned them and cleaned the entire furnace. The furnace has been working perfectly and the air conditioner is working great as well and blowing cold air at 59 degrees. It's too bad Comfort didn't take the time to do a thorough inspection. We saved thousands of dollars by getting a second opinion! Comfort air charged me $140.00 for a bogus inspection!

The a/c went out at my business (gym) during a hot spell. Valley was able to get out the next day to diagnose the problem. We have a really old unit so sourcing parts posed a potential problem. They were able to find parts and get us back up and running quickly. Craig kept us informed all the way so we could communicate the progress to our clients and keep them informed. Really happy customer here!
Just used these folks to repair our A/C and clean the duct work. It's so appreciated when you call to set an appointment and there is a friendly, helpful voice on the other end. And, when the technicians arrived they too were friendly, knowledgeable and so polite while explaining what needed to be repaired. I have used Valley Comfort and referred them for years. In my humble opinion, they are the best.
Excellent job! They did my ac repair fast and it was less costly than some other quotes I have gotten. They came fast and were very nice the entire time, answering all of my questions and taking the time to make sure I was happy. I will definetely be using them again if I need someone.
Workers seemed confused and went to numerous houses wondering around the streets. Very odd and suspicious.
Chris and Clayton serviced our boiler 6/14/21. They are experts at what they do, and meticulously cleaned our boiler. They helped us understand how to extend the life of our boiler. They are wonderful to work with, and made us Valley Comfort clients for life! GREAT SERVICE!!! THANK YOU!!!

Jose Flores from Valley Comfort is the kind of person you want as your technician. Honest, sincere, knowledgable, trustworthy, efficient, and professional. He did a great job installing my new Ecobee5 Thermostat and had to go into my attic to find and use the existing wiring. Many thanks to him for his work.
Jose was in and out in under an hour, had the part that was needed in his truck and fixed our furnace perfectly. I’m really impressed with the efficiency of his work, and the cost was very reasonable. Jose was clean, courteous and knowledgeable, his professional demeanor was spot on. Can’t recommend this company enough. Very happy.
These guys are awesome, shout out to Eric and Chris. They came to take a look at our HVAC system which was provided faulty by the builder. Helped to diagnose the problem and provided independent verification of a fix to my heating issues. If any other issues these guys are my first call.
