We would highly recommend this company. They installed Heating/ added A/c reasonable price, great work. It's been a year now problems!
We called Stouts Heating and Airconditioning to check our ducts. The owner’s son, Steve came to do this . He did not go under our hose to check the duct work but stated it was okay. We didn’t receive any pictures to verify his findings. After leaving, we discovered several days later that our crawl space door had not been put back. When we called the business, we were told by the owner (Jean). that her son said he didn’t leave the cover off. Another person came over and assured us that if a cat was under the house it would run out when he opened the door to the crawlspace. He also didn’t go under the home. Today, December 14th we discovered the neighbor’s cat under our home. We were able to remove the cat. While both service people were friendly. their work was less than thorough and was incomplete. I hesitate to use the word lax to describe their work but it was no satisfactory and didn’t sole our problem. The best I can say is perhaps there was some misunderstanding of the work we wanted to be done. Michael Aberle
Best HVAC company in Sonoma Co. Our HVAC went out during the earlier Sept '22 heat wave. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the situation and gave a really fair price to fix our unit. Ultimately we ended up needing a new Furnace as well. Again, they price was really competitive, they installed it and had everything running. Excited to have a new unit for winter!
Starting with the first encounter, when I had finally decided to replace my 23 year old furnace, I was initially impressed with the professional attitude of the man who came to the house. He took me through the process, step by step so I knew exactly what to expect. The crew of three who arrived on time the next week accomplished the installation and all the extra work involved in 4 hours. They were friendly, answered all my questions, and generally did a five-star job. I'm very happy with the whole thing! Thanks, guys!!
We called their office on Tuesday, and they were able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday afternoon. The technician called as he was able to arrive an hour earlier, which worked out very well for my schedule. He was super friendly, helpful, and amazing with our dogs. He was able to check and complete the repair for us within an hour. Definitely recommend.

The entire experience was better than expected. First, Dennis came to give us an estimate, which he did with a veterans discount. We had heard others in the park tell us how much they had paid so we were surprised at the estimate we got. We sat outside and visited for a half hour. He was polite, kind, and we both felt that he was a very trustworthy person. The installer was here when scheduled and did a fine job. When it comes time to buy a new furnace we will be returning Stout’s for sure!

My A/C quit I called the company that installed it in 1999. I was told that the last time they came out on a service call in 2017 that the tech. noted the unit was old and parts were hard to to get. they did not want to make appointment unless i was ready to replace the unit. I called Stouts Heating and Air Conditioning , which is 1 hour away, Not only did they make the appointment pretty quickly, Dennis found the problem and hard it fixed with in 5 minutes of arriving. When its time to replace this A/C Stouts will be doing it and any other repairs they can do. Big Thank you to Darlene in the Office for her excellent customer service and Dennis for his honesty on fixing a simple thing instead of wanting to replace a functioning unit.

Excellent business! Had an AC changeout to replace old unit. Stouts was on time, very professional, and a true pleasure to work with. Highly recommend Stouts for an honest and very fair priced product. Wyatt and his helper were excellent!
They were great initially. Responsive by telephone. Showed up on time for estimate appointment. Dennis promised to send estimate next day. I followed up several times. No reply. A week later and nothing.

I am a Sonoma County Realtor. I needed an inspection of ductwork and heating system on a property for my buyers, and we needed it asap. Stout's was able to get a technician out within one day, and the estimate for repairs (and pictures) came just after the inspection was done. Awesome! Will definitely refer to and use Stout's services again.
Exceptional company to work with. As a General contractor I prefer to have them help us on every job. Working with their company has been great. They stand behind thier work, and are a professional company 5hat can handle very large to small jobs.
I have been using Stout's HVAC for over 15 years. They have installed a heatpump in one house for me and both a heater and air conditioning for my current home. I am a Realtor and I recommend them to all of my clients and they have always done a great job at a very competitive price. I will be recommending the generation of Stouts as I did the previous generation.
Prompt and extremely nice and complete knowledge of installation of my heater
As a plumbing company, we have done work with this company on several occasions, so when it was time to fix our own heater we called them right away. The technician came out that evening, quickly diagnosed our issue, and had the part on order and installed the very next day. Their bid was very reasonable, and they were so prompt. They run a well oiled machine over there and even though they have been in business for a quarter of a century, they still put their all into their work. Their efficiency and value of their work was not just professional courtesy, it is just how they run their business, the many 5 star reviews will tell you that. I recommend them to all my neighbors, friends, and family!
