Today my wife had Moore Home Services come out to fix our air conditioner. The technician that came out was very professional and worked very hard to fix our problem. We will be using Moore Home services again as the need arises... Thank you for everything...
Just had a great guy come and fix my airconditioner. He was charming, competent, neat and complete on doing his work. Five star except that when I scheduled the visit for a week ago, at 8 in the morning when someone was to come they called and cancelled. The bad news is they scheduled for a week later and inbetween we had 3 days of 96 to 105. So I was an unhappy camper.
Jeff G. was terrific! He fixed our AC promptly and explained the problem and the fix clearly.
I had my plumbing inspection done today. Bautista was very professional and thorough. He explained what he did and how everything looked good. He even adjusted my shower head which had loosened up and was hanging, which I really appreciated.
Great job, professional, on time, fair pricing. Definitely would recommend this company. Good customer service, which is a rare thing to come by.l

This used to be a good company until it was sold. Our heat pump that Moore installed not even 5 years ago completely fried more than 2 months ago and has still not been repaired or replaced. The worst thing is that there is no communication whatsoever. No one returns calls or tells us what’s going on. We have no issues with the technicians we’ve dealt with but don’t expect any customer service. If I were you I’d take a hard pass on this company.
I love the entire staff at Moore! Everyone I have dealt with from customer service to installation technicians to salesperson is not only extremely professional, but lovely to deal with. My Heat Pump system works flawlessly and I will ALWAYS recommend their services. The best in town!!
Jeff Gregory was prompt, professional and through in inspection and servicing our dual A/C systems, including replacing return air filters. Good job!

We have used Moore for several years. They are always on time, (they call first.) They are polite, cheery and willing to help. Coté and Ray helped us put up some outdoor curtains and removed a toilet for us. Above and beyond. They performed HVAC maintenance and were clear and concise about how everything was working and why. I will definitely have them install our new air conditioner. You can't go wrong with Moore. Thanks Coté and Ray!

Moore Home Services have done several repairs and a water heater replacement since we moved into our Windsor home three years ago. They do annual inspections of the plumbing, heating and air conditioning services. We have been very happy with their work and especially pleased with the courtesy, knowledge and friendliness of their workers.
We have been clients of Moore since 2015. They have regularly maintained both our air conditioning and heating systems. Their service is timely, very professional, and, most importantly to me, their technicians thoughtfully and thoroughly explain what they are doing, or need to do, explain what my options are and their relative costs, and the extent to which each option will resolve the problem. And this is all done in a consultative mode….. not in a lecturing or talking down manner. We are very happy with their service.

Ray McGee and crew came out for 2 days. Great customer service was excellent, very friendly, knowledgeable, answered any questions we had in detail. This was by far the most thorough and professional service call we have ever received for our HVAC unit. Extremely responsive and answered all questions. Michael was just fantastic.
