Alan did a large home-electrification project for us, including: replacement of our old gas furnace with an electric heat pump mini-split HVAC system; installation of a new electric heat pump water heater; and installation of an induction cooktop. He was a pleasure to work with throughout. Alan is very capable, hard-working, and honest. We highly recommend him. And Lydia is delightful as well!
The entire ARM Team did an exceptional job. I appreciated the quality of the work that was done, the cleanliness of the project, the attitude of the employees and the professional interaction and timeliness of their particular trade on the large home fire rebuild. Also, included in their scope of work, they provided and installed Solar System/Back Generator System and handling all documentation. I would absolutely use them again on my next project.
Over the last 10 years we have used ARM on three major projects at two different homes in Windsor. In 2010 we replaced our old heater and added central air conditioning at what was then our primary residence. From start to finish the process was comfortable and reliable. Alan (and Lydia) were very easy to work with. The quality of the work was exceptional and the promptness was always appreciated. After we sold that home we bought a newer home in Windsor and, based on the previous experience with ARM, we retained them to add a mini-duct air conditioning to our home. We are really pleased with that project as it has both reduced the cost of cooling the house as well as delivering very quiet cool air to each individual room in the house. Most recently we used ARM to replace the existing furnace and duct work with new state of the art equipment. All of the work was done as promised, on time, and at competitive cost. ARM is a legitimate 5 star business.
These guys are great! Solved our problem of the 2nd floor not getting enough cooling. Suffered with it for a very long time. Alan came out and made, on time I might add, and took one look at our duct work and knew exactly what we needed. Alan's team of Fernando and Dave came out as scheduled and were very professionsal and friendly. They covered everything up with drop cloths so not to bring down any insulation into the house. They worked quickly and balanced the air flow between the rooms. We never had so much air come out of the registers as we do now. Thank you guys and Lidia, excellent job.
Alan and his team (David and Fernando) are wonderful. They were brought in to solve a problem in our four month old home. The original air conditioning system was too small for the home, and the builder brought in Alan to completely replace the system. (He was not the original installer.) All three gentlemen were talented, professional, friendly, and highly competent, from beginning to end. We had been bummed out since we moved in, because we couldn't get the needed cooling in this climate. Because of ARM's work, we are happy and relieved -- and cool! I'd highly recommend Alan and his team.
I am so impressed with ARM'S team and work quality- they just finished up putting in a new furnace, duct work, insulation, etc. Alan and his excellent team are simply the best....their work ethic and professionalism are superior....Fernando in particular is one of the hardest working, talented and polite contractors I have ever worked with. Your job will get done well, on time, and with ease. All communications were clear, timelines respected, and home was left in order and clean. I am really satisfied with the job and the business relationship. I highly recommend this company. Thank you!
Great company to work with! Very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. Knows ductless heat pumps inside and out, very fair and easy to work with.
