I had Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair come out and help with getting my Heater working. He came out the same day and was on time and extremely helpful. He even connected my Nest up to the common power. He had really good knowledge of SmPacific Coast AC & Heater Repair Thermostats. David's service and help was definitely worth the service charge which was relatively low.
I will keep this short and sweet: Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair is the most professional and trustworthy business both my husband and I have experienced working with in a very long time. Thanks to Youhan's knowledge and care, we had an entirely new AC and heating unit installed within a matter of 48 hours right before a 100+ heat wave. I would give this business 6 stars if I could. The end to end experience was outstanding.

I called Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair on a Friday night in a panic because the HVAC company that I had used previously to replace my furnace igniter had failed to correct the issue TWICE. I was able to text Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair the picture of my igniter, he said he had it with him, and because he knew that I was basically trapped without heat for the weekend, he offered to come to my house at 6AM the next morning before his other work to get it done. The next morning, Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair showed up on time, completed his work and cleanup in under an hour, and even pointed out how the previous company had incorrectly set my Nest thermostat to the wrong furnace type (which was causing a misfire in my stPacific Coast AC & Heater Repair up). I couldn't be more happy. I am very thankful Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair went out of his way to make sure I had heat for the weekend. A genuine thank you to Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair for getting my AC up and running in no time. I called Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair and explained my situation and that I have 10 month old twins and a 2 1/2 year old toddler, and they don't do well in the heat. Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair came over and after conducting a diagnostic he told me the blower motor need replacing. He made the motor replacement a priority and completed the repair in three hours including the time it took to drive and pickup the OEM motor. Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair is very knowledgeable, recognizes limitations and provide options. At no time he tried upselling me into buying something I did not need. Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair is honest, cares about his customers and business. Every business should be ran like this!

I spoke with Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair on the phone to schedule an appointment when my heater went out Because it had been so cold, Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair kindly offered to come by that day. Pacific Coast AC & Heater Repair presented my options in a way I could understand without pressure. He was very patient and answered all my questions, so I could make a decision that was right for me. While he was replacing my thermostat with a Nest, he noticed an anomaly with the unit, called the company, and left to obtain a new one. He walked me through setting it up and made sure I was completely satisfied with his work. So here I sit tonight, toasty warm and very happy with with my experience today. Highly recommend!
