Our company has been using Polar Bear for over 3 years on a weekly basis. I can honestly say that it has been a positive experience in all regards. Their team attends to our needs (which are usually an emergency when a cooler goes down) in a timely and professional manner. Anytime I have a question or my customers have questions Dave and the office staff are willing to help over the phone and talk us through our problem to find a solution. Mack is the service tech we work with regularly and has always been helpful and does a great job. We have over 100 units on the Central Coast that all need service or attention from time to time and I highly recommend Polar Bear for any refrigeration work or service.
