Great work!
The very old, Coleman gas furnace in my 96 year old father-in-laws house, failed over the holiday weekend, during the advent of the coldest, wettest week we’ve seen on the Central Coast. They actually answered the phone on a Holiday. Every other firm I had tried in SLO was not answering. From the moment the on call person took my call, the personnel at Jerry’s did everything they could to get a very old system, up and running again. This entailed their relaying parts from Santa Barbara up to San Luis Obispo, then sending crews to the house, multiple times to repair cascading failures. Each repair person, especially Luis and Armando were exceptionally kind, informative and concerned that they did the very best to remedy a difficult situation. I would HIGHLY recommend you contact / hire Jerry’s team for any sort of HVAC or plumbing issue.

technician drove from santa maria to santa barbara, took 2 pictures and then left. i called the santa maria office to approve the work and they could not fit me in for 2 weeks.
Very professional. Made a service call regarding my heater. Fixed the problem with in minutes. Very easy to deal with. I highly recommend this company.
I used Jerry's Plumbing previously, but it was several years ago. I was pleased with the job completed and the price charged, or I wouldn't have called them again. I was surprised today to find out that they charge by the job, not an hourly rate. This truly seems like a potential rip-off because while most companies charge by the hour, and you theoretically get what you pay for, this company charges the set fee. I suppose this is okay if it takes the technician longer to repair than expected. It wasn't disclosed when I called in for service. It was disclosed when the technician arrived. The fact that a person needs a job completed and you schedule a time, not many want to take the time to reschedule and wait more. That said, I went ahead with getting the job completed. The technician did a good job and made sure there were no leaks before leaving. He was thorough, which is good
Jerry's fixed my heating which was great. But then we had a slab leak that we needed help with. They have been unhelpful and nickeling and diming at every turn. we already paid them to figure out it was a slab leak. When I tried to schedule a walkthrough they wouldn't even consider it until they knew how they would be paid and would only give a quote if they did another walk through which we'd be charged with too. I was disappointed that they couldn't help.
This is NOT the same business as JERRY, THE PLUMBER!!! Very deceiving because they use the same name Jerry and they are very expensive because they charge by the JOB, not by the TIME it takes to do the job. BE AWARE OF THE DECEPTION if you want Jerry The Plumber.
I have never in my life had such poor response they came in the guy told me it was gonna be $500 that I needed some blower motor and it didn't make sense to me I called in another person they had it fixed in 40 minutes and it only cost me a $150 it had nothing to do with a motor. I don't know if this is how it is with everybody they send out but the person who came to my house man what a rip off. If anything I would check out Flynn's air conditioning and heating that was the guy who took care of me and he was fantastic. He was considerate honest quick and clean
Louie is an excellent employee. He tried everything possible to find out why our 2 year old wall heater was registering carbon monoxide. He thinks when we got a new roof about 5 weeks ago that the roof removal,and replacing got gunk and.debris into chimney tube that comes down into the heater He took the big metal piece that had gunk from inside our heater . He soaked it twice in some type of liquid to clean out the inside of that metal piece. He came and reinstalled but still reading carbon monoxide. So he recommended the chimney. I have total trust in the information and work Louie does. Jerry's plumbing should be thankful for Louie's hard work expertise and loyalty to provide the best service. I will always call Jerry's plumbing and heating when needed.
I hired Jerry’s for my non working water heater. They installed and then uninstalled the new unit because they required pmt at time of service. It was not conveyed to me verbal or in the invoice. Very rude and non professional, very poor customer service when I tried to discuss the lack of communication with them. Never use. Very expensive too.
$6000 rip off. The realtor for the buyer of a house called Jerrys to inspect the furnace, he said it did not pass, dismantled the thermostat and left a $6000 bid. I hired a heating expert that proved him wrong, then the buyer had to hire another expert that also proved Jerrys was wrong. Looks like Jerrys was trying to sell a heater that was not necessary for $6000. Buyer Beware!
I only call the best. I'm older now can't do basic plumbing. Jerry's Plumbing for years get my calls.

I called because I needed a thermostat replacement. Talked to a female that was rude and crude. Would not let me explain and hung up on me. I called back and told her that Pacific Gas had been out and checked my heater and told me what was wrong. That same woman again gave me a hard time on the phone and emplied that the gas man did not know what he was talking about. If I owned that company I would replace her on the phone. She hung up on me again. I found another company to help me. That woman is a.bad rep with a Capitol B.

A capable, competent crew of polite plumbers. It was refreshing to see such nice people present at my door with a great work ethic and pleasant attitude.
Called them on a Saturday afternoon to fix a plumbing blockage. They were all booked up but Kristin said she would see what she could do. They fit me in and got everything fixed in a quick and timely manner. William was the plumber, he was courteous, friendly, and efficient. Couldn't ask for a better response time, a fair price, and most importantly, friendly service. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of when they didn't have to. Would recommend Jerry's Plumbing & Heating over and over again, it's hard to find a plumber that goes above and beyond, especially on a busy Saturday. You guy's earned a customer for life.
