Tena canceled my appointments twice in a row. Both times they also said they can’t reschedule and offered to call me later to reschedule. They never called back. Very unreliable and hard to reach. Avoid this contractor.
Very professional and very reasonable prices
Javier should not be running a business. He is flakey, has poor communication, and tried charging me an extra $1000 last minute instead of going through my insurance. I am in utter disgust that he runs his business like this. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve gone through with a contractor. It’s now been 7 months of his flakiness and my unit is still not replaced. If you want things done effectively and efficiently, use a different company. Don’t waste your time like I did.
I really appreciate Javier’s from Tena HVAC professionalism he is definitely experienced and would highly recommend him. He explained in full detail everything that was happening with my AC. First American Home Warranty is fortunate to have such an expert represent them . Thank you Tena
