Sebastian installed a new toilet for me and he was on time, got the job done quickly and professionally, and even hauled out my old one. The plumbers that showed up were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had my tankless water heater maintenance work done and had it working again with hot water in a little over an hour. I highly recommend this company.

Their technician named Galan and his partner came out for a plumbing inspection. He provided honest expert analysis of the issue, gave reasonable estimates and didn’t try to bs me with high pressure sales tactics. I will definitely be using their services anytime I need a plumber in the future
I mean this goes without saying. Since I’ve met Oscar I refuse to have any other company or ANYONE in that matter look or touch my unit. I’ve given a review on this business before. And again. I had my AC unit maintenance today. And per usual he was thorough and explained everything he was doing step by step. I’m so happy I found this company and Oscar.
No complaints with the technician, Sebastian. He knew his stuff. The office was not pro active in working with me so I had to keep calling them.

I’m always looking for great plumbers. Today, Sebastian and Andres came out in less than an hour. They figured out the issue, explained the problem, fixed it and cleaned up after themselves. No stress from scheduling to getting the issue resolved. Couldn’t ask for more.
Great service at a good price. I used NexGen previously and these guys blew them out of the water on price and service. Very high quality. If I ever need them again, I will use them in a heartbeat. Thanks for the help Freddy and Matthew!
Oscar from Stephens gave me a second opinion on a different companies repair recommendation. He performed a simple repair that saved me several thousand dollars. High integrity and he fixed my issue. Highly recommend.
I placed a call to Stephens in October 2022- Pancho came out fairly quickly and after reviewing my 2 ( yes 2 )year old hvac system, responded by saying he would call me back same day after getting in touch with the manufacturer - Since then I must have called around 50 times, each time I am assured I will get a call back the same day, Eric, Jeanine, Dave, (spoken to all of them) NEVER got a call back, and on the rare occasion they take my call , Im once again assured of a call back and ....nothing ! Super frustrated and would not recommend them - UPDATE - Since the posting of the review management has been in contact and are trying to rectify the situation, which I appreciate
Our heater broke earlier this week. Omar from Stephens was able to identify the issue and fix it in a short period of time. Very impressed by the professionalism of Omar and the receptionist at Stephens I talked to when booking this call. Highly recommended.
I called this place and had an estimate that was thorough and time was spent explaining things to me.. had another estimate for less work and the people who came to give estimate was in and out and gave me an estimate double what was originally quoted. When I called the company to find out why tabout the huge discrepancy I was told the plumber with the higher estimate has more experience. This was not acceptable and I will not be using this company
Poncho came out after the service provider dispatched by my home warranty company could not find the cause of the furnace failing to ignite. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the necessary part. once the part arrived, had the office schedule the repair for the next day. He arrived within the prescribed time frame and repaired the furnace using the part he had ordered. Poncho is very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to explain his diagnosis and the preferred solution. He was pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend him and Stephens as a service organization. Thank you Poncho.
Awesome!!! Nothing else to be said. Oscar came out within one hour of us calling on a Sunday morning after our A/C unit decided to become possessed. He was not only responsive, but he was super knowledgable, professional, friendly and took the time to explain the issue rather than just fixing it and leaving. Would highly recommend and I am never using anyone else. Thanks Oscar!!!!
